I chose this hotel because it had a beach and TripAdvisor showed it as #1 hotel in Tuy Hoa. I did enjoy my stay. Reception staff spoke English but I needed help at the restaurant. Fortunately, Jacques, the Operations Manager introduced himself and lent a hand. I booked a deluxe room, and in hindsight I should have just paid for...

We stayed two nights in the resort and got an upgrade into the traveler suite. The bungalow was huge and very beautiful. In front there was a nice terasse with a great view and the bathroom was quite impressive as well. The resort itself is so huge that you get driven mostly in an electric car. The private beach is...

Initially upon arrival, our expectations was not met. We had travelled for nine hours on a train and was desperately in need of a shower, food and a good sleep. After a very awkward booking in process due to the language barrier and the receptionist informing us that they would be keeping our passports for the evening until they had...

Even looking well, we have found nothing to criticize in this hotel. The tropical garden is wonderful and very well maintained , the rooms are large , clean, comfortable and everything works in the bathroom. full breakfast, varied enough and sufficient. The restaurant has a varied menu and the prices are reasonable although it is in a 5 stars hotel....

Room and toilet is big. However, the resort has old rooms, dirty swimming pool, dirty towels, damage door ...etc. Vietstar restaurant is dirty. We had lunch...

We spent a wonderful week with my friends in Viet Star Resort. We were travelling by motorbikes through Vietnam and the time we spent at this resort was the part I liked more than all the other places we were in. Thanks to its position we could get to Ganh Da Dia quickly and to Song Cau rather quickly as...

Such friendly staff however they serve shark fin soup and the massive resort was empty and outdated which gave it an eerie feel. Not many options in Tuy Hoa which is why we came here and it was suitable for the night however we wouldn't stay longer
