We went here for dinner and had an excellent time! Food is tapas style and absolutely delicious! Staff are great and accommodated our baby well. The restaurant was not too busy when we went - early evening mid week - but the atmosphere was fab, great music with hats and stick on moustaches-we gas so much fun! I can't wait... More

The hotel doesn't look much from the outside (a little dated, let's say). However, our stay was very enjoyable and the food very good. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom on the small side, but manageable. In the restaurant, take the advice on the menu and order 2-3 dishes per person. We ordered nachos as a starter, plus... More

Food: 3/5. Room: 4/5. Staff: 5/5 Now, why the 1/5 Terrible rating you ask?! Well, my wife and I didn't sleep at all. After a long 6 hour car journey from Scotland, sleep was much needed. - Music from the restaurant was very loud. At 10.30pm it felt like a disco downstairs - at least turn the bass off on... More

There is no wi-fi. Staff attempted to help me connect but it was obvious that they knew it wouldn't work. We had to put the duvet cover on the duvet for sofa bed ourselves. There was a huge stain on the duvet. We were unexpectedly charged £15 for our dog which we were only told about on arrival. The vegetarian... More

Whilst staying at Whitecross Bay our first night spent at Pedro's. Had visited on our last visit before change of ownership we were all very impressed had two dogs who were made wecolme and good and drinks were of a high standard at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone passing or staying in Windermere area.

Stayed here 1 night with a late booking deal. The room was clean and tidy as was the on suite. The staff were excellent especially Jake who was very helpful even when we changed our booking for eating in the restaurant from a table for two to a table for 4 with guide dog. Nothing was too much bother and... More

Got to say was very disappointed. Room ok but very small. The lady that seemed to be in charge wasn't very friendly although couldn't fault the rest of the staff. Tapas and breakfast very nice. Probably wouldn't return

Stopped for 2 nights at pedro's have to say it's not the best place I've stopped but did the job, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was ok, but I have to say please warm up the plates before serving breakfast on them as it wasn't very hot just warm, I'm sure this would help. All... More

We didn't know what to expect but food was plentiful, some dishes way better than others, but feeding around 40 of us the staff were great and did a good job accommodating us. Great hats and moustache accessories, great value for a per head buffet style meal, good selection of drinks and great service, thanks!

A friend and I stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding nearby. The website said it opened at 12:00 so we planned our journey accordingly only to find on arrival a note on the main door, check-in from 3pm. Which was fine but the whole place was closed. So we ended up having lunch elsewhere. The room... More
