This hotel is very OK within the what you can find in Giengen. So, I have already stayed here many times for business reasons and I would love to stay in this hotel next time I come to Giengen. The breakfast os food, and the food is very good. I sure recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well set in the center of the small town. Even if furnishings are aged the facility is comfortable and clean. Free car parking and good free wifi in bedroom are added values. Nearby tower bells don't disturb during the night.

Central city hotel but not very crowded at all. Wanted a central city in Germany to go to various sites. Excellent choice. Clean and affordable. Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms well were European...enough said. Two hours to Rothenberg, two hours to Andech Monastery, and two and one half hours to southern Germany. Each can be accessed by the Autobahns... More

Taking care of business in Giengen an der Brenz, we decided to stay at the Lamm because of wifi connections. We requested a room on the top floor, which was the 4th floor, and were able to book. The sitting area was quite large. The drinks at the mini bar were not free, but the convenience was great. Great bed... More

The hotel was fine for what I paid. Other hotels in the same price range did not have an elevator. For that I was thankful. My room was clean and just fine for me. After all, when you are not paying expensive rates, one expects clean and comfortable. The meal I had in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast... More

On our way from Denmark to Italy, we made a stop-over here just to eat, sleep and wake up good-to-go. Our wishes were fulfilled. Hotel Lamm is situated in the center of the old town. Parking is free. The man in the reception was very friendly. The room was clean. And the breakfast (included) was sufficient. If you are looking... More

For 15 yrs we have travelled through Europe, from capital cities to quaint alpine villages, but we have never experienced the awful treatment we received from the staff at this hotel. We arrived in Giengen at about 5pm to visit the Steiff Museum the following day. In the deserted town square we entered the Hotel Lamm to ask if a... More

We stayed here 3 nights, the little square is quaint and the churches beautiful. As someone else said, the bells toll most of the night, so take earplugs! Also, sleeping with the windows open also invites the nightly bar revelers noise after midnight. Again-ear plugs are helpful. The beds are hard, the pillows almost totally flat. We asked for more... Overnight stay only thankfully! The hotel is very central, but sited far too close to the town bells which seemed to go on till 2300 then start up again at 0600. This coupled with traffic noises, the dated decor, stains on furnishings, and the apparently one and only (overstretched) receptionist/waitress did not provide a pleasant stay. Be warned if you...
