We stayed half board as an Archers tour base. The staff were brilliant, the evening meals and breakfasts of a very high standard. The rooms were very clean and the bars by the beach full of life and CHEAP!!!!! Talking of cheap, the drinks in the hotel were like the Costas used to be in the 60's. For those old...

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights as part of an Archers/Cosmos tour of Galicia in May. It was a very pleasant place to stay with quite friendly and helpful staff. It is only a short walk to some lovely small beaches situated on the Ria de Pontevedra, one of the many inlets that characterise Galicia. It had...

We stayed at this hotel with Cosmos on their Green Galicia holiday at the beginning of September. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful Breakfasts were perfectly adequate with plenty of choice. Dinners were a small salad or soup starter, followed by a good portion of the main course. Desserts were very good...

My wife and I stayed here during early September 2014. We were on The Green Gallicia Tour arranged by Cosmos. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and thought the food was very well prepared in contradiction to the comments we read in past reviews. We were very happy with our accommodation and enjoyed a peaceful...

We stayed here as guests on a Cosmos/Archers tour. The hotel was rustic but the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and the shower was very powerful. The staff were excellent; our balcony door needed fixing and they attended to it straightaway. All of the staff we spoke to couldn't have been nicer. The breakfasts were adequate and the buffet...

The cosmos/ archers 'Green Galicia' tour uses this hotel for 5 nights. There were 26 of us on this tour and all were very disappointed with the appalling food at dinner..no main course choice, and these were eg. reconstituted pork, very bony fish (twice) dry chicken and veal. Every night there was a salad, of leaves and tomatoes, and vegetables...

I am surprised there have been so few comments about this hotel as I thought Archers had been using it, for a year or more, as their base for touring Galicia. For our Archers tour, in early May, 15 of us were driven from Oporto to Villa Covelo Samieira in the Rias Bajas area for five nights. George was our...

This hotel has comtortable, clean bedrooms. I wouldn't advise paying the extra money for a 'sea view'. These rooms just overlook the estuary, between other buildings & are very noisy, due to the main road. The rooms get very hot, as the so called air conditioner doesn't chill, only blows air. The road noise makes it impossible to keep the...

Me and my partner stayed here after completing the Camino de Santiago for some much needed R&R, and we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean and tidy, our room was massive, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were the extremely helpful and friendly and all this for 50 euro per room.. ..we could not believe it! Only negative...
