Kebun Rohani was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very attentive. It's just across the road from the beach, and has restaurants and other tourist facilities nearby.
Just don't bother organising your laundry or tours through them. They just do the laundry at an outside place which you can do yourself cheaper, and the weight of each of our laundry bags had 1kg added. They apologised for the 'mistake' and adjusted the price, but it happened to all of us.
They couldn't tell us much about the details of the tours and we didn't get what we thought we were booking. Tours are slightly cheaper and much more organised across the road.

Thank you for taking the time to review Kebun Rohani. We are glad that overall you enjoyed your stay. Sorry you had problems with tours and laundry. There must have been some misunderstanding as we never organise these services through our hotel. It is of no advantage to us to organise these extras as we know you can find all these amenities at our doorstep.

We stayed here for a week, what a wonderful place to be, wonderful hosts Jane and Ned. Looked after us like gold, showed us where to go, and gave lot of ideas of what to do. Breakfast on the the deck was breathtaking, great sunsets. Rooms where large and very clean, staff incredibly friendly. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Hi Teo, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our hotel. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful view over Senggigi bay. The breakfast deck is a perfect place for people to come together and a chance for us to meet our guests. It was lovely to meet the three of you, and if you come to Lombok again in the future it would be our pleasure to have you stay with us again. Warm regards Jane and Ned

We arrived at the location and they gave us a double room even if we booked a twin beds room. After asking them, they gave us a twin room. Doors were unable to close completely, we had half a zoo (lizards, mosquitos, ants, other insects) in our room. We wanted to eat breakfast at 7 am like it was written on the paper but then they told us they open at 7.30 - so no breakfast for us because we had a tour starting then. As we wanted to checkout we had to pay full price even if we booked with booking and they said that we pay 50% before. They said they talked with booking but no one informed us. We had to pay 100% in cash - no cards accepted. We left with almost no cash on us. I do not recommend.

Of all the places I’ve stayed in Lombok and Bali, this is by far the nicest, particularly at this price point. The location is perfect –
right in the heart of Senggigi opposite the beach and in close proximity to cafes, restaurants and the art market. The cottages are new and well maintained with big beds and good bathrooms, and there’s
a beautiful pool and large deck for drinks at sunset. The staff are friendly and polite and will go out of their way to assist with
anything you need. There’s an onsite restaurant with delicious food, and the complimentary breakfast is miles away from the standard 'continental breakfast’ you’d receive at other places. Any time I
return to Lombok, this is most definitely the place I’ll be staying.

Without doubt the best position in Senggigi, close to everything and with sweeping views, perched above the busy main street amongst lush tropical gardens, a lovely pool area and sunset deck, it is a real oasis. There is no better place to enjoy the Senggigi sunset. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned, clean and well cared for, the beds big and comfortable, the view is to die for.. if you are lucky as I was, you may awaken to kingfishers at your door step. The food is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the hosts who are happy to share their local knowledge. I can't say enough about this place. Our stay was very special and we look forward to returning. Amazing value for money.

I can’t say enough good things about this spot, the breakfast served out in the deck overlooking the ocean was just the perfect way to start the day. It is nestled into a mountain so there are some stairs to hike, but not too stressful. Staff was helpful, owners live on sight making things run smoothly - my only suggestion (as our baggage had be delayed) would be for simple amenities I.e. toothbrush/ shampoo available.

This is my second trip to lombok. This time i decided to stay in Kebun Rohani. It was a brilliant decision i made. The location is superb in the centre. All places are within walking distance. No need taxi, car or bike rental. If u want to book for tour, car or bike rental, there are plenty of them in front of the hotel.
Room is big, aircond is good, tv channel is good, bfast is delicious. Thank you to the owner Ned and Jane.
