This resort is backpacker / budget quality at 4* rates due to it's location.
Whilst the location is perfect and the view from the pool is stunning with the dramatic limestone cliff backdrop, the accommodation severely lets this place down.
The rooms are clean but seriously need upgrading and maintenance:- broken beds, mould on the wall, sewage smell in bathroom, old fashioned huge TV with no aerial connection (no tv), locks on doors were not secure and no safe in the room (valuables carried on person at all times), plugs tap3d up ir inaccessible, sheets and towels with holes in.
Breakfast: If you only want fruit, yoghurt and museli, it's fine. The hot food was not nice, awful instant coffee, no fruit juice - only watered down orange squash. Ants all over clean plates.
Check in: The rooms were not ready after check in time.
Pool: The pool area is lovely however, the pool water was milky and you couldn't see the bottom. The pool lougers were very hard.
There was a huge pile of rubbish being burned daily in the garden area.
There is no spa.

Spacious room with two double beds. Good internet. Good buffet breakfast. The breakfast staffs was so friendly.
Not well maintained hotel. The bathroom sink was clogged. Among the available glasses, one of them was dirty. The room is too hot, just the small fan was not enough. No English channels on TV. They require a cash bond of $1,000 baht.

Certainly need renovation and upgrades. The pictures must have been taken 30 years ago when they opend. Why do they have the old school tv's? Ours had a little antfarm inside. The beds was rock hard. The balcony doors could not be locked and not properly closed. There was leaks on bathroom and always wet floor there. They burn all the grass, leaf and branches they pick up during the day on a large bonfire . This fills up the entire valley with smoke and it stinks for hours. We will rather spend a little more money to live another place next time. Will not come back.

We stayed for 2 night and it was perfect. The island is only small and we were aware that a walk was required to get here but the location and bungalow was perfect for a short trip. The staff were very friendly and cleaned the room when required. The area is very quiet at night - other than the occasional monkey!

This hotel is lovely. We had two nights here and used the room with two double beds.

It was spacious, clean and had a really nice balcony overlooking the resort. The view of the cliffs was gorgeous too. Really good value for money given that it was the same price as most of the hostels in Railay.

The breakfast was great value for money at 150THB. There was all sorts of things to eat and really helped us save money as we didn’t need to eat any lunch afterwards.

My only reason for dropping a star is that the shower pressure was practically non-existent. It was a shame after getting completely covered in mud after hiking to Railay lagoon!

Would 1000% recommend.

Place was grim, resort is up a massive steep hill, we got there and the pool area looked nice, on arrival into reception it was very dated looking ,they gave us a cold carton of water which was about the highlight of the stay, we had booked here for 2 night, we were shown to our bungalow, it was roasting hot inside, they wanted extra money for Air Con, the bed was solid, never felt a "mattress " like it, was like a concrete slab. There were ants all over the place, had the worst 2 nights sleep of our trip here, woke up and our legs and ankles were bitten, I think we were the only 2 people in the whole hotel as we never seen anyone else, after the 2 days were up we went 5mins down the road and stayed in the Sea View Resort which I can only describe as paradise. I'd avoid the Diamond Cave Resort at all costs, it was cheap but I'd not stay here again if I was paid! Railay is a lovely place and we deffo visit again but will never return to this establishment.

First class service and greeting at the Restaurant every morning from Kong and his staff. Omelette every morning and fresh fruit. Good laundry service. Excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds! Clean rooms. Great location. We’ll stay again.

Really cool place to stay! Room was lovely and clean with a nice strong fan. The room did have aircon but we chose not to have it and still had a pleasant nights sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. All in all a very positive experience 😁😁😁

Lovely little find, tucked away from the pier entrance side of the bay. Little bungalow rooms, basic but amazing air con that worked when you were out of room. Clean and the staff were very attentive. Didn't stay for breakfast as out and about. Worked out at £13 each so a bargain find.

Once you get off the pier, turn right and follow the 'boardwalk' down the beach. Eventually it will veer away from the beach, and turn into a bit of a walking street, with restaurant and travel agents on each side. Diamond Cave is past this bit, on the left. You will see the restaurant/clubhouse first, and will need to walk up a driveway to get to check-in. Check out google maps too, Diamond Cave is on there Cheers,

I don't know how to contact them, except from the phone that is published in the trip advisor site. But anyway, this resort is horrible and I wouldn't go there
