Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was lovely (Boutique Suite), lovely big comfy bed and nice bathroom. We had a loose door handle that we reported and was rectified the next day. Lovely brekkie with a good choice and evening dinner in the restaurant was fresh and seasonal. Comprehensive spa as well. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want to treat yourself - the staff will give you a warm welcome and you won't want to go home!

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location close to Norwich. Greeted by a very friendly and polite receptionist our stay began exceptionally. Thank you to Emma. We chose a garden room which was spacious but cold upon arrival, heating soon warmed up the room so no real concern. Large comfortable level bed meant for an excellent sleep. Bathroom was beautiful and clean, excellent shower and jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately I didn't take a hairdryer, the one provided was attached to a box and very old making it very difficult to use. I recommend ladies taking your own. Breakfast was served promptly and was adequate. I prefer freshly cooked breakfast to buffet selection but again no real concerns just personal choice. We used the pool and sauna facilities. Ladies showers Unfortunately nott to a good clean standard. Pool area was lovely and clean though. The sauna and steam room I felt to be unhygienic, due to not having anything to clean the seating when entering. Also some quiet music would have added that little relaxing touch. Would definitely recommend I just think a few little extra touches and attention to detail could have made this trip excellent.

Unfortunately we didn’t even make it to the hotel. Jayne from reception phoned to let us know there was an event going on until 12am which we would hear from our room. Instead of upgrading us courtesy of the hotel, we were asked to pay an extra £30 to move rooms. There was no offer available to us and no assistance provided on the refund as the booking was made through booking.com. So currently £215 down until I sort the problem out, huge inconvenience which would have been easily avoided.

Park Farm is a gorgeous setting & full of welcoming & friendly staff who are happy to assist. The room was very spacious but perhaps not as immaculate as we had expected for the price paid. The doors to the courtyard weren't particularly sound proof & had large gaps that exterior noise could be easily heard through. Unfortunately we were woken by neighbours returning to their rooms. Perhaps this is something that could be improved. The breakfast was amazing, great selection of pastries, breads, juice, cereal and of course the hot food too. Sausages were fab! The staff welcoming us to both dinner & breakfast were ever so welcoming and attentive, you couldn't ask for more! The pool facilities were amazing, jacuzzi was one of the best we've used & the pool was warm & spacious. Overall a lovely stay :)

Pool was lovely to relax in after long journey. Have been using this hotel for many years, service good, I am always happy to return. Easy to get to many places or stay and enjoy the hotel facilities and on a nice day there is the garden and farm walk as well as the pool to relax by if it rains.

We spent two lovely nights at Park Farm Hotel. All of the staff were polite and friendly. We used the swimming pool, which was nice and warm. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of hot food, pastries etc. We ate both evenings of our stay and all the food was delicious and good portion sizes. Our lodge was very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed and a comfortable bed. A short drive into Norwich. We would definitely go back!
