We stayed here with our 2 children for 4 nights. Everything was perfect.
We stayed in Pabay Lodge.
The lodge is very clean with excellent provisions .
The location is great for exploring the nearby towns. Some great walks on the door step.
Our children had such a great time we are returning for the 2nd time this year.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We stayed in Ruhm lodge on the Duirinish holiday lodges complex. The lodge was far more comfortable and spacious than we expected and was a real home from home. The lodge was well kitted out for self catering and the inclusion of a dishwasher was most welcome. Real comfy beds and blackout curtains made for a good nights sleep (not many hours of darkness in late June) although the large seagulls clattering on the roof in a morning was our wake up call. The area is great and only a ten minute drive and you're over the bridge to Skye. Locally Plockton provides a lovely seafront where boat rides can be had, there are pubs/restaurants, cafes and a fish and chip shop in the village and is within walking distance (half an hour) if you like a drink or two.
Milena and Alec are on hand if there is anything you need to know about the area, as managers they live on site. I would recommend Duirinish holiday lodges to anyone wanting a base close to Skye in a beautiful and secluded position.

Excellent really!!! The log cabin was well presented and prepared, and stocked with everything you would expect.
We ordered a food delivery from a supermarket snd the owners were kind enough to put it all away in the cabin ready fir when we arrived after a long drive.
Location is perfect for exploring sky snd the surrounding areas. Nice quiet walks around the site for our dogs.
Overall first class, good value and would happily recommend.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. Only 9 lodges and so has a lovely quiet, intimate feel.
Extremely well kept and the lovely touch of bird feeders by each lodge.. there were so many unusual varieties of birds we saw daily.

The lodges were well equipped and very clean. The owners were super friendly but not invasive.

The location is fantastic for exploring, the local village of Plockton is pretty and a lovely place to explore. Great also for the Bridge to The Isle of Skye.

We are a couple having their first experience of The Highlands and thus was a great introduction.. would love to come back.

Thank you to The Griffiths family

Had a fabulous 3 night stay in the scalpay lodge (would have stayed longer if availability allowed) Too often website images do not reflect reality, however not on this occasion. Ideal size, facilities and location for us to explore Plockton, Skye and surrounding area. Small outdoor play area was a natural draw for kids who invariably make friends within 5 minutes of a holiday arrival! Lodge was very well equipped, clean and many unexpected extras such as midget repellent (fortunately not required 😀) 2 mins to Plockton, for restaurants, less than 10 to Kyle of Lochalsh for a well stocked Co-op. Will definitely look to return here in the future 😀

The accommodation met all our expectations. It was well equipped, roomy, clean, and warm., and the location was ideal. The lodges were set well apart so we had plenty of green space around us too.

Although the weather was not cold when we were there, the heating would have been capable of keeping us cosy in far less clement conditions. There was plenty of instant hot water too.

The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were well kitted out. Nice to have a roomy shower too!

If it had rained, the TV, Video player, and the games provide+ would have kept us amused, but as it was, the location provided us easy access to day trips to Skye, Applecross, Poolewe and Loch Maree, Eilean Donan Castle, and places such as Glenelg and Loch Hourn - as well as Plockton itself, which was only minutes away.

There was a good variety of places to eat as well, if we didn’t want to cook. Plockton has several excellent restaurants; there is an outstanding cafe in Diurinish itself, and an excellent restaurant in Erbusaig.

Our hosts were helpful and friendly, and we wish Alex and his family well with their venture.

Finally, it was wonderfully relaxing to wake up to the sound of the river at the side of our cabin (Rona) every morning!

We have no hesitation in recommending these lodges.

We booked this place as it seemed like a good price point and loved the Canadian-style lodge look and feel and it didn't disappoint. It was cosy and a good place to call "home" for a few days. Comfy chairs, great amenities, heating and showers were great and appreciated the little things like coffee/tea, salt and pepper etc that were provided. We received good communication from the host in the lead up to the stay too. There's also a bbq and a nice garden to chill (but the weather was atrocious so sadly we didn't get to use them) but even if the weather was amazing I'm not so sure I would've been able to enjoy it due to the midge problem. I'd highly recommend to prepare with anti-midge things.
It's also a great location - easily drivable to the Eilean Donan castle, Isle of Skye, close to the Croft Cafe and supermarket at Kyle of Lochalsh (and I'm not sure how easy it is to get food on the Isle of Skye if I were to self cater there).

Enjoyed our 7 night stay in Rhum. Very quiet, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The lodges are set on the edge of woodland and well spaced out. The owners live on site and are easily contacted should you need them. Within easy reach of Plockton and everything we wanted to do. Would return.

Had to leave a review for such a wonderful place to stay. We were in Crowlin last weekend for 3 nights and man oh man, what a fabulous break we had with our 2 dogs. The lodge was spotless with everything we needed to just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our hosts so very friendly. Many memories made! Thanks so much! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We stayed for 1 week in Canna Lodge. It is extremely spacious & everything in the Lodge from the furniture, fittings, kitchen equipment etc is of the highest standard. You want for nothing inmthe beautiful lodge.
The siting of the lodges in a lovely wooded area attracts many birds.
Duirinish is an excellent location for the local area of Plockton, Kyle of Lochalsh, Applecross and of course Isle of Skye.
We had the most wonderful holiday also helped by unusually good weather.
