We were excited to come to this park but we left feeling disappointed!! The pool was hot and has no shade. The waterpark and slides closed too early when it was still way too hot. Mysquitos and sand flies galore😣 Staff were NOT helpful or friendly! Amenities need to be updated. Tennis courts locked and not available after 5pm when...

Wow - what an amazing park. Yes they were super busy - we were there of New Year and the park was full to the brim. However the atmosphere, facilities all didn't show it. The visitors to this park clearly all want to have a grea time. We encountered the most well mannered children with no pushing or shoving for...

Stayed over the Christmas period, village was really busy with families celebrating Christmas, considering this it was really quiet, clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you, even on Christmas Day they were collecting the wrapping paper rubbish from all the sites. Excellent place for a family holiday.

Just spent 5 nights with the family. We all had our own camper trailers or tents. On arrival we were escorted to our 5 in a row campsites. The sites were dirt, no grass at all, unlevel with many tree roots sticking up off the ground. Our site in particular had a massive light shining into our campsite all night...

We had booked a three bedroom villa for five nights, paid $AUD 290 a night for two adults and three children under 8. The first night we had a three hour blackout through a local storm but there are no torches, candles, or matches etc to help with the blackout. Unfortunately for us our mobiles had gone flat and were...

If you're looking for the perfect holiday for families, Coolwaters is the spot for you! We stayed in a family cottage for 3 nights. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 2 adults and up to 4 kids. We hardly saw the kids except when they were hungry. With the waterpark, pool, bouncy cushion, buggies, and activities such as table tennis and pool, there...
