Spectacular experience: a must stay!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The lead up communication, check in, in room experience, the associated restaurant, proximity to downtown and general ambience all exceeded our expectations. This recently restored Bromley town hall property was impeccable. The decor and comfort made us feel entirely relaxed. Our suite featured windows in both rooms, a bathroom and half bath for a guest and an overall exceptional experience. We cannot wait to go back.

Hotel's Favourite

Best hotel in Bromley!

Me and my partner stayed at Brama as part of our anniversary celebrations, during their opening week (I think we may have even been the first people to stay in our room!) and we were very impressed with every aspect of our stay. The place has a real luxury feel from the moment you step inside, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and all the details you look for were top quality... super-comfy (huge) beds / bedding, very high quality towels / toiletries, lovely complementary teas and coffee in the room etc. As someone who grew up in Bromley it's great to see this building being put to good use, after being left empty for so long. They really have done an amazing job with the refurbishment and decoration, both in the hotel itself, the connected restaurant (Dorothy and Marshall) and co work space (Clockwise). On top of this we found it to be great value as well for such a high quality hotel. A very welcome addition to Bromley and the South East. It will certainly be my number 1 recommendation to friends and family who are looking to stay in the area in future. I look forward to staying again myself!…

Simply the best

The Brama is a superb hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you and you feel like they genuinely listen and care. Rooms are great and well furnished and the beds very comfortable.. I stay here all the time for business and I feel almost part of the Brama family

Anniversary stay

A very well positioned hotel for Xmas shopping and theatre visits,ours was a comfortable stay and a special occasion it was our anniversary of 37yrs,my only criticism 😔 Smoothies were ordered to be delivered to the the room on the following morning but were in the room on our arrival,with no refrigerator in the room to keep them cold?I brought this to the attention of the management who promised cold ones to be brought to us between 8 to 8.30,they didn't arrive.. Also there was a very large stain on the thow,also brought to the attention of the manager,she offered the removal but I requested she brought it to the attention of housekeeping... Small details like this need to be addressed to keep standards up,great interior design and very comfortable beds

Hi Patricia S, I would like to thank you for providing us with your 4 star review and it seems on the whole with this score you enjoyed your stay. I am however very disappointed with the points you have raised and I can only apologise for both. I have investigated the occurrences and have nothing but apologies for the bedspread. This was an oversight missed by our housekeeping team and we will be ensuring this is not repeated. For the smoothie delivery, the team member was disappointed to have missed you. Unfortunately she had been waylaid and when she came to deliver them you had departed and again I sincerely apologise. It is great to read that you found the hotel well positioned and enjoyed both the interior design and the comfort of the beds. Whilst we have carefully and precisely crafted Brama, we have taken cues from the incredible building we inhabit, which harks to a bygone era. The 1920's/30's art deco styling has provided wonderful design that has been incorporated into each of our 23 rooms. Thank you again for taking your time to provide us with your review and we hope to be able to welcome you again in the future. Really nice place to stay for the night

I wasn’t familiar with the Brama but a friend recommended it when I came down for their housewarming party, and it’s a lovely hotel! The online check in was really smooth and even the “snug” room is comfy and in great condition. Would definitely stay here again on any future visit.

Our 5 'S' categories all offer luxury and comfort, from our Shoebox and Snug to Spacious, these rooms offer a true boutique feel with the only difference being the rooms square footage. Our Studio takes a step up in size and comes equipped with a small kitchenette and dining area. Then our Suite offers unparalleled comfort and amenities with a sleeping and living area that comprises of a lounge and dining area, equipped with a kitchenette and bar. Recommend! Great for conference/ business stay

I needed a quiet space for work. I only came across Brama last minute but it met all my needs perfectly. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and sound proof, there was a “do not disturb” and lock mechanism to ensure that I would not be interrupted mid meeting and WiFi was fantastic. I would recommend!

Great hotel, great location, great food.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Room very spacious, modern and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, no noise ensured a great night sleep. Great location. Restaurant top quality. Ideal for business or pleasure.

Being a town centre hotel noise was always a big concern when constructing the property, especially being next to a fire station. Finding the balance between healthy and delicious was very important and the feedback we have received has been great. Great experience

The Brama stuff were such a kind. Whenever we need help, they were so kind and helpful. We also had a dinner at the Dorothy and Marshall. Which has discount while you're staying. I had a good experience in there.Thank you so much!!
