So from my very first meeting with Jamie who is the Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator, everything has just been absolutely perfect. We wanted to celebrate my mums 70th birthday and had a clear vision in mind. Jamie was very accommodating from helping us with our menu to giving us suggestions on planning the day. No request was too much and I felt very happy and reassured throughout the process. Any changes I needed regarding my event was dealt with professionally and our contract was updated right away. The room itself (the Wellington Suite) was absolutely stunning and a real showstopper. It backs onto the most beautiful gardens with great views and outdoor seating. My mum’s passion is gardening and she absolutely loves flowers and this is the reason we wanted the venue and in particular the Wellington Suite. We wanted to bring the outside in when choosing the decor and I truly feel we achieved this. On the actual day of the event we were given early access to set up and I was happy to see the tables were beautifully positioned and my seating arrangements were even better than expected. Nishanth was my coordinator for the day, I believe he is the food & beverage operations manager. Nish, we cannot thank you enough for all your help and assistance last Saturday. You really did go above and beyond my expectations when it comes to planners. You were on point the entire day everything was done before I could even ask. Planning the surprise entrance we could not have done it without you and your thought process. The food was so good I just still feel sad I didn’t really get a chance to eat. You never do when hosting an event. Not only did the food look great it tasted even better. The guests were truly impressed with everything and most of all Nish and his attentiveness towards all them. Having hosted a number of events similar in size I have to say I cannot fault the Bromley Court Hotel. It ticks every single box. Venue - absolutely stunning Staff - friendly, professional and most important hardworking and on the ball. Value - the venue is worth every penny. If you are looking to hold a truly memorable event, whether it be a wedding, christening or a party like ours Bromley Court Hotel is the one. I wish I could do my event all over again 😊 I want to say a massive thank you to all the team that were working on September 9th 2023 and a special thank you to both Jamie and Nish for making this event truly memorable for me, the guests and most important the Birthday girl. We stayed 2 nights to visit family in the area. Check in was very quick - reception and other staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas so a very festive atmosphere. Rooms were reasonable size and well cleaned, beds very comfortable, tea/coffee in room, bathroom a little on the small side but good shower and had everything we needed. Breakfast offered a good range of choice and was tasty. Would stay again if in the area.

The service at the Garden Restaurant was absolutely impeccable by the head waiter Andreas. & Elena. nothing was a chore for either of them . The atmosphere was very good ,it was a really lovely pre Xmas lunch. The food was delicious I will certainly recommend it to friends. I'm now thinking I shall book to come back in January for the afternoon tea.

Had an marvellous time at this establishment. The Head Waiter, Andreas, and colleague Elena, were most impressive and both provided excellent service. The meal was great and given generous portions and l wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thanks also to the manger and the rest of staff, you all worked really well on a very busy afternoon. It would have been 5 stars but due to bar staff letting the side down it’s 4. Stay here now and again and reception staff always polite & friendly happy bunch. You then get to the bar and it’s a different story. It goes down hill rapidly. Each time we have to ask for a table to be cleared, the service is slow and a total lack of knowledge of simple tasks are a struggle. It’s always a week night and never busy but the bar staff don’t seem to have any go in them. Example. To order from the bar menu a simple cheese & biscuits was very stressful for the girl and she said she needed to get a supervisor to help her find it on the till. I asked her to look under deserts and it’ll be there. With my help she found it. Said she hadn’t been there long. I accept we all have to learn but when someone’s in their 30s I really expect more. We were even asked to lift the left over beer glass on our table so she could wipe it (this was after going to the empty bar and asking for someone to clean the table of half eaten meals etc) We then decided to eat in the main restaurant and wow totally different experience like going to another hotel! Andreas was very helpful polite and attentive, nothing was troublesome. Also Sean the other waiter was alert and on the ball. It seems the bar staff lack training or don’t just understand simple things that should be done easy. Please sort this out as it’s very tiring when standing at an empty bar waiting for the snails to come out of their shells… it really is a huge let down on all the other staff in the building. Even the cleaners are bouncy and say good morning… a little hello or smile goes a long way! Rooms really beautiful and clean and make the stay comfortable.. I will stay again as I work around the area and need a bed for the night. I would order more drink in the bar if the staff could make me feel a bit more welcome and show some enthusiasm in their role.…

Both nights had parties on. Sunday night was the worst. The room was vibrating noise level ridiculous. If we had not had a drink we would have packed up and gone the long journey home. We were offered another room. Pointless so loud. Reception said they would get it turned down. It actually got louder!!!!! Breakfast was not great. The bacon was so hard and all a bit cold

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bromley Court Hotel. I highly recommend it. My only critique is the breakfast shut off time should be extended to 11am. 9.30 am is way too early. I was getting out of bed at 9.30
