Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was our second trip and the Stables are just as amazing as before. Stunning property, beautifully quiet and well presented. It had EVERYTHING we needed, even down to a dog's bowel! The location and views are exceptional - panoramic views from the field and great walks on the doorstep. Even a shower to hose off muddy dogs afterwards!!! The attention to detail is immense - it's all fabulous. The owner Julie is kind and attentive, but leaves you to your own devices. Really nice touches, like asking us what type of milk we wanted provided for our arrival! So thoughtful. But don't take my word for it - go and see it for yourself.

We stayed in the Farm Cottage, which was 2 bedroomed and so comfy and luxurious. We had our two dogs and they loved it. Julie is so friendly and helpful with anything you need to know. We took advantage of the gorgeous indoor pool which we loved especially as it was pretty cold outside. This is the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed in and many dog items were provided if you forgot to bring it. There is an enclosed paddock for the dogs to safely use too. Added to which, the Isle of Wight is beautiful too! I would not hesitate to go back again and also there are other properties on the site which are gorgeous too.

We stayed in the Farm Cottage for a week. The location is lovely; on a hillside with beautiful views. The cottage is equipped with everything you need and to a high standard, immaculately clean and cosy. We used the pool every day which was wonderful. Pool towels are provided which was a nice touch. The cottage also has access to a large garden which was great for the children. Julie is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return here if we were to return to the IOW. Highly recommend a stay here.

Had a fabulous week at Kingates Farm - The Stables - last week. Aside from the typical summer weather (!), it was all fabulous! The place was clean and so very quiet, it allowed you to switch off completely. The hot tub and indoor swimming pool were a delight and used regularly. The Stables were well kitted out, the bathroom was luxurious and the huge bed was so very comfortable. Both of our dogs were welcomed and more or less allowed the run of the place, such is the level of security. Lovely walks from the door, which meant that we did not always have to drive to places. STUNNING views, but visit the Pepperpot on a day, which isn't cloudy!!! If you are thinking of visiting the Isle of Wight - stay at Kingates Farm, you won't be disappointed!

A big thank you to Julie and Nigel for a fantastic stay at the stables on Kingates farm. Not only did we have a hot tub but we also had access to the swimming pool and steam room which we used every morning. The log burner in the evenings was also a bonus and goes lovely with a bottle of wine. Really can’t fault this place and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. 10/10 thank you guys 🙏🏻💙

We stayed at Kingates Farm last week with our 2 children. It was an amazing accommodation. A private pool (to be shared with one other accommodation but you can reserve private times), beautiful views, a nice and clean interior and everything you need is in the house. And otherwise just ask Julie, the host. We will be back for sure and can highly recommend this accommodation. Family Hamerslag
