An amazing place that I will always try to use again if I'm back in the Isle of man. We stayed during the TT. The place was clean, spacious, well equipped and Sarah the owner was an amazing host in terms of trying to help with anything we needed. Just far away from the hustle and bustle yet only a few minutes away from the local town of Ramsey.

We, a group of 3 motorcycle enthusiasts stayed in the Sunset View Cottage from the 24th August till the 10th September in 2022. We mainly came for the Manx GP. We arrived with the Liverpool ferry late at night and Sara welcomed us with a few kind words. The moment we opened the door to the Cottage we were just thrilled. Just as the pictures. Just as nice and quiet as we expected. The cottage is soooo roomy and so much space for the 3 of us. Really really nice. Everything was clean and shiny. Anything you need is there. Pots, pans, cuttlery, complete kitchen equipment. We cooked diner every evening, even they have a good Pub in Andreas. Shoping is really close by. Either in Andreas in the local store, or in the big store in Ramsey. The name Sunset view is not without a reason. You sit on the porch in the evening, watching the beautiful sunset. Seeing the pheasent family walk by from you breakfast table. The ferret walking through the yard. Just amazing. You can park the bike right in front of the door, which we never really locked. You could even park the bike right in front of your bedroom. Sara was such a great host. Even when we had a broken down motorcycle we could use the tools and the workbench the had on the farm and fix the bike. So all we can say. It was a perfect trip with a perfect Cottage. Next time i will bring my daughter with me. Not only for motorcycle racing. For the all around activities on this beautiful island with their friendly people.…

We had both cottages for a family holiday The owners are amazing friendly and very helpful people who made us feel so welcome and the photos you see when booking are what you get but looks better when your here. Both cottages were very clean and comfortable The kitchens are fully equipped with all you need to cook meals (and we did) and a good sized fridge and even a dishwasher The farm was quite and the pond is so lovely to sit by in the evenings if you want Don’t be put off by how north you are as the Isle of Man is small and takes no time to travel anywhere and it’s only 45mins from Douglas We had an amazing time and will stay here again the best cottages we have stayed in yet in 5 trips to the Isle of Man

We have just returned from our second Staycation at Ballacamaish Farm Cottages and once again, we have not been let down in any way. During this stay, we rented Harvest Cottage, complete with beautiful patio doors leading onto a private garden and similar doors in the main bedroom, looking out onto beautiful views over the local farmland. The decor of the cottage is to a high standard and amenities available make this a home away from home. The peace, tranquility and isolation of the farm and surrounding area means that you simply have no choice, but to relax, breath and appreciate the beauty of the place. Communication with the owner Sara is easy to achieve and any queries before your stay are quickly responded to and Sara will go out of her way to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. We use Staycations at Ballacamaish Farm to get out and about on our e-bikes, for which Sara is happy to provide safe and secure accommodation. We were able to cycle Andreas to the Point of Ayre, Bride, Ballaugh, Kirk Michael and Ramsey and had beautiful lunches and evening meals at Bride Tea Rooms, Sulby Glen Hotel, Milntown and The Grosvenor (booking recommended and some not open on Monday's). We are looking forward to our next respite stay and would recommend anyone to holiday here.…

Lavender cottage will sleep 4 in comfort. it is quiet and in a perfect location for exploring the north of the island especially if you want to see coastal wildlife and go walking. It is only a short drive to see the rest of the island with Douglas just 30 minutes over the mountain road (part of the TT course). Free wifi and undercover parking was a bonus. The host, Sara, was very helpful and kept the cottage clean with everything we needed in perfect working order. This cottage is perfect to see a picturesque island, with friendly people and plenty of sights with superb cafes and restaurants to enjoy the islands local food.

My wife and I stayed at the Harvest Cottage on the Ballacamaish Farm for five weeks in May & June 2019 and we could not be happier! The farm itself has decades of history, it’s easy to find and is in a very tranquil setting away from the main roads in the north of the Isle of Man. Each of the three cottages on the farm are unique in their own respect. Harvest Cottage was pristine, well decorated throughout, had all the amenities any traveler would want including satellite TV and quick Wi-Fi service. Our host (Sara) was very knowledgeable about the island and provided for all of our needs as we experienced the 2019 TT m/c race as well as explored the rest of this island-nation. I would highly recommend this farm stay for anyone who seeks five star pristine lodging with peace and quiet in beautiful rural surrounding. Truly Five Star +!…

Many thanks for those lovely compliments VicPal - we shall be so sorry to see you both return home. So glad that you enjoyed your time here on the farm and were comfortable in Harvest Cottage. Also, a big thank you from the IOM for the time that you gave to the TT races as a Marshall. The island is so lucky to have a large group of visitors who help make the races happen by volunteering for duty. Hope we see you again some day.

A simply fantastic stay in these luxury cottages that have everything you need bar food. I stayed in Lavender for 4 days a self catering holiday the facilities even on a working farm fully justify the star rating. A bit cavernous for one, its a four bed cottage, I would instantly bring my family here for a holiday if staying on the Isle of Man. So pleased sorry to be going home.
