We booked a caravan for the Hemsby #67 weekend. From start to finish the service from all staff was wonderful (especially Polly and the ladies in reception) The caravan was luxurious, spotless and loads of little extra touches. The site was also spotlessly clean and well kept. It was very handy for The Hemsby weekend only 5 minutes walk away and close to the beach too. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and would definitely book again if we travel to Hemsby again. Thanks again!

We recently stayed at Belle Aire Holiday park in Hemsby in Chalet 72 . Being booked through Dog Friendly Cottages holidays as our 1st holiday away with myself , my wife and our Patterdale Darcie . Very clean chalet that had obviously been modernised recently as it all looked fresh and kitchen looked new. Ideal location as beach being less than 10 minutes walk away and is a dog friendly beach. Great bakery just outside the Park in the small row of shops on the main road that always had queues due to quality of its food on offer. Plenty of "TIPPING POINT " type arcades also in same promenade with tickets being prize for winning of which you redeem for prizes. Very Clean beach . Great local bus service also whereby you only pay £2 as a single fare which gets you to Yarmouth and then £2 back so cheaper to leave car at the holiday park and let the bus take the strain .. especially as most are open top buses as well so a bit like been a LONDON tourist . The local shops are expensive and limited but there is a CO-OP within 5 mins in the car or like us about 10 to 15 min walk and is much cheaper. Could not fault the chalet or the cleanliness of it and everybody is so friendly . Great if you have a dog and we'd go again

Chalet basic but okay. The park itself is nice and clean maybe some extra lighting here and there. We were lucky to have 2 decent bands on 1 sat night 1 Sunday night after that a lot of bingo and disco bingo. The club house only done food friday and sat. Bar prices a little on the high side. I believe that there are a lot more people now living on the site and that will have an effect o n holiday makers it's difficult to strike the right balance. Overall our holiday was okay .

I don't even know where to begin.. I have been coming to belle aire hemsby since the week it opened many moons ago and have been coming to Hemsby for 30 years in all that time never have I experienced a holiday like this, the accommodation was fine but the staff both carefree holidays and the new management of belle aire seem to have no care for guest safety there is no security on site. Our children were subject to bullying at the club every night by the same family after a civil conversation with the parents this did not stop we were then subject to intimidation of our elderly relatives and our teenagers who where part of our 40 member group we had photographs taken of our cars and children and groups of people standing outside our chalets late at night. We complained about the intimidation which fell on deaf ears and our group were subjected to harrassment drunken calls from carefree staff. Management of belle aire have absolutely no care or consideration for the guests on sight. Things got so bad some our family moved to a different site We spent 3 days avoiding the park and clubhouse altogether because of the younger children being upset. I've never ever felt so unsafe nor have I wanted to leave hemsby as much as I have this year. We absolutely will not be returning to belle aire after this year.

My family have previously stayed here on numerous occasions and this year me and my 2 sons decided to join them. The chalet was ok, served it’s purpose but was quite dated but as we had good weather we only showered and slept at the chalet so it didn’t have a massive impact on our time away. Towards the start of the week whilst playing bingo in the clubhouse our children who were being supervised by other adults in our party were abused by some older children, we dealt with it by speaking to the parent of 1 of the children and explained it was not acceptable behaviour. A few days later the same child attacked an adult member of our party. We were absolutely gobsmacked at the parks response to this incident as 6 chalets within our party were asked to leave as the other party ‘owned’ their accommodation so wouldn’t be asked to leave. The police told us this was the second time they had been called to the site for the same family. 1 member in our party has been coming to this site for years but after how we were treated after being verbally and physically attacked by regular visitors of your site will no longer return. It’s a shame that 1 family has ruined what could be a lovely family orientated site. Not 1 person from management/ owners came to see us just kept calling us. We booked through carefree holidays who were great and very angry about the way our party was treated as this was also another incident with the same family that they were aware off. If you want your children and older members of your family to have fun and not be sworn at, spat at or physically attacked do not book here, because if they own their accommodation it will be you that is punished for their vile behaviour.

I honestly don’t know where to start with this place this has got to be the worst experience I have ever experienced on a family holiday . Our holiday was runied by the staff and people staying on site here ! We come here as a large family holiday for sentimental reasons ! First of all the chalets were filthy! The people on site terrorised younger children and when approached spoke to adults in a disgusting manner , this was then reported to management who laughed at us and told us to leave site - they also rang our personal number drunk ! We felt so scared on site no safety and no respect from Belle air staff we actually cut our stay short and left this is how bad this resort was ! I would avoid this place at all costs ! We use to stay here and never had any issues so we’re shocked at the behaviour of the staff and people they have on site !

Just came back from there, love the superior chalet. It's nice and modern but found the bed hard so didn't sleep well. Would love to go back again next time I get the chance for another holiday. Well situated so not far to walk to shops etc which was handy for myself and hubby who are disabled. Delicious local food, lots of entertainment, games to play and friendly people all around. 5 stars!
