Immediately welcomed by Lizzie with tea in the garden. Room and ensuite are immaculate, with comfortable bed and a host of extras, followed by delicious full breakfast (local produce, home made muesli etc.) Quiet location, but very handy for A2 and Dover and Eurostar Folkestone terminal. Lizzie could not have been more welcoming - highly recommended!

We stayed in this excellent bed and breakfast on the way back to our home in France. It couldn't be more conveniently placed, only 30 minutes from Eurotunnel, yet in the most tranquil spot. Lizzie and Martin's home is immaculate. The bedroom was very comfortable, with tea making facilities and even homemade biscuits and nibbles. The en suite bathroom was... More

Have just spent two nights at Beechborough B & B. Excellent accommodation and so much thought has obviously gone into the décor. The breakfasts were excellent and prepared you for a day of sightseeing in the area. Lizzie and Martin made us feel so welcome and nothing was any trouble to them to recommend places to eat. Only a few... More

From the moment we arrived, Lizzie and Martin made us feel most welcome. Everything about our stay was perfect. If you are planning on staying in the area, I would say that this place is faultless and cannot be beaten.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family in the area. Lizzie and Martin were very welcoming indeed and Rudi the dog had a hug for me! The house is beautifully kept and a lot of thought has gone into the rooms. Comfortable King bed, clean and modern bathroom, and lots of little extras. There was a jar of sweets,... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night as part of a road trip around southern England. Lizzie and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts, and we fell in love with this little BnB. It's very conveniently locaed near Canterbury, and in the morning Lizzie guided us to the park and ride for easy access to town (without having... More

Excellent, nothing to add to the other reviewer's comments. Canterbury can be reached via the park and ride about 15 minutes away. £3 to park all day including the return trip to car park and that's for all the occupants of the car. A number of very good pubs nearby, just a few miles drive. Lizzie will recommend some if... More

We stayed for 10 days in Bishopsbourne, so it was long enough te give a good impression. We have enjoyed us every day, because we have seen a lot of things. For example the English gardens, the white cliffs in the North and South of Kent, Canterbury and Londen (easily to do by train). We have travelled by car, train,... More

We stayed three nights whilst attending an event in Canterbury. Situated just off the main A2 in a small quiet village, ideally placed to visit Canterbury and many other locations, surrounded by many fantastic eating establishments who would want to stay anywhere else? Lizzie and Martin have gone out of their way to provide a most comfortable and friendly B&B.... More
