A warm, friendly greeting. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Lovely place to stay, with a scrumptious breakfast. Dogs might live at the property, but you would never know it! Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Here are a couple that have nine years of experience running this B&B. The place is dog friendly - but for those who aren't there is no great eveidence of animals running around or making noise or smells. The rooms are well appointed with everything you could need, Kevin and Leigh are happy to help you with whatever they can....

I recently stayed here for three nights with my family. The owner of the B&B is very welcoming and provides a lovely peaceful base to explore Norfolk. The B&B is very clean, comfortable and in a very quiet location, it is not too far from a lovely local pub (which serves great food) and the town of Swaffham. Breakfast was...

After a 3AM, 200mile drive to Snetterton Circuit, all that we wanted was a bed and a roof over our head. Leigh and Kevin far surpassed that with their little gem cabin in the garden! We arrived to a lovely warm welcome and milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa. A short walk down the lane took us...

We only spent a night here but it's an amazing place with a nice room, good breakfast and a very nice host. Very quiet as well. Only downside would be that it is kinda far away from a store, but theres is a lovely pub in the village close to here .Definitely recommend this B&B!

Me and my partner had a lovely one night stay at The Vines. We had been camping over the weekend and due to the weather wanted to leave the camp site early. We called them and they were very helpful and explained even if our room wasn't ready we were very welcome to check in. Once we arrived we had...

This B&B is set in a lovely location in a quint village. The hotel itself is well presented, clean and welcoming. Hosts are amazing and the breakfast was good. I was welcomed to a pot of tea which was made for me on my arrival which was nice. The let down for me was the room. The ceiling was too...

Thank for taking the time to write a review of your stay with us and your kind words. Its very much appreciated. The room you were in, our twin is located in the old part of the house, the house being Grade 2 listed and the room does indeed have a low ceiling which many believe adds character and individuality...

We spent the weekend staying in the fantastic chalet in the garden. On arrival we received a very friendly greeting and were shown to our accommodation. It is very clean and beautifully furnished, how refreshing! It has a separate lounge/kitchenette area, double bedroom and en suite with lovely big fluffy towels! The location is very rural and relaxing with lots...

The couple who owned the place were really lovely however I stayed in the cabin which smelt like damp dog, not very nice for a person who doesn't even like dogs. It had spiders in it and it was not overly clean. On the plus side, it had a DVD player with a large number of DVDs to watch. The...

Firstly, thank you for your feedback, we are disappointed to hear you were not completely satisified with your stay and take all comments seriously. I can reassure you that the cabin was very clean on your arrival, I had personally bleached the floors before your arrival too - however due to high ceilings and being in the garden this does...
