Nice room, very comfortable with a large garden. Wifi did not work in room and requires signal boost. Breakfast was really good, proprietor very sociable and attentive. Ideally situated close to the town centre and next to a public house which serves good food.

I cant recommend too highly. When I heard that we were booked into a B&B I wasn't thrilled, as past experiences haven't been great. But as soon as we arrived I could see that this was going to be better than standard B&Bs. The building is beautiful, the owner and her helpers delightful and the location perfect. Olney is a...

We stayed in the very comfortable, private and quiet annexe, which has its own conservatory and a view of the garden. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was substantial. Virginia was welcoming, friendly and helpful with local information and conversation.

The room was large with a very comfortable bed with a large ensuite. Tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge and water bottles. The bathroom overlooked the stunning back...

I stayed at The Lindens Guest House as it was recommended by a friend, I usually stay in the usual Premier Inn type hotels in and around Milton Keynes, but not any more. I received a very warm welcome from Virginia on arrival and was shown to a very comfortable and well appointed twin room to the front of the...

Stayed here for one night. A warm welcome from Virginia and the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order, and served in the light, airy breakfast room. Recommended.

A very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, all ensure. Breakfast, full English very tasty and plenty to start the day. Location is great, virtually in the centre of Olney and a good pub next door for evening meals and no noise from the pub at night.

I have family living in Olney and stayed here as a stopover option for a party. Lovely premises, good sized rooms (my double room had a huge bathroom). Breakfast was great and relaxed. Owners were friendly and helpful, even providing essential help for emergency dress repair. Would recommend.
