We had Contours arrange everything for us, and they transported our gear from one place to the next. We also stayed at Oaktree Lodge Hotel in Whitley Bay, Simonburn Guest House (they had to come pick us up in Chollerford), Twice Brewed Inn, Bush Nook, Oakwood Park Hotel was fabulous, Courtfield Guest House in Carlisle, & Midtown Farm between Carlisle and Bowness. We enjoyed all of them, but especially Oakwood Park Hotel.
