From the friendly welcome at this bustling facility to leaving the next day was very pleasing. Rooms were spacious, warm, clean and with all the necessary facilities. A very reasonable menu in the adjacent Hungry Horse restaurant although we didn't use it for food as we were visiting relatives who catered for us. Bar staff were pleasant and prices are...

What a lovely inn. The staff where grate and even kept an eye on our van. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the show (asked the hubby is we can get one at home). Would go back. This is a grate place for children as well as in the restaurant there is a play area.

Was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. Lovely bunch. They didn't have to help me with my account when the company had forgotten to leave credit card details but did. Food typical pub grub. Cheap, cheerful and plentiful.

we phoned and booked 3 rooms for 12 nights at an agreed price of £55pn inc. breakfast, from 03 January 2017. When we got to hotel we were told by receptionist that there was a £10 evening meal allowance per room- when we eventually got served at the bar, they had it on their system about the allowance and breakfast........

Arrived at 21:25 with food served all day - ends at 21:30!!!! Food ok but not brilliant. Bathroom not pristine but acceptable and room was very hot. No hair dryer and no advice to collect from reception if required. Breakfast was ok until a jobsworth said a muffin could not be removed from the restaurant (to take preription tablets with)...

Went with hubby for midweek lunch. Meal was very tasty and great value. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to James and the Scottish waitress, I think her name was Alice, who were buzzing about the place but still had time to ensure we enjoyed our lunch.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Bridge Inn and as usual we arrived to find no one on reception. We used the phone and dialled for someone to come to the front to check in. We were given room 28 so we dropped our bags in and went for food in the attached bar. The bar,...

I booked two colleagues in for a one night stay at this hotel, but it genuinely would have been better for them to sleep in the car. They returned to the office with the following feedback: 1. Upon arrival, they waited for over ten minutes to check in as there was nobody to greet them 2. They were not informed...
