For our trip to the Southern part of France, we stopped over for one hotel night. A lot of hotels were fully booked and also this hotel was nearly full. The friendly lady improvised a room with four beds for the night. The swimmingpool was perfect and refreshing. The A/C is a must and works perfectly. Very nice hotel for... More

Location seemed ideal for a stop over. The welcome was adequate but not friendly. The room was fine, although we couldn't access the wifi. The big let down was however, the evening meal. The service was poor, no smiles or checking that we were ok. The food was less than average. We visited the local town and that seemed past... More

We have been coming to this hotel for the last ten years on our way to and from the south of France. It is in a very pretty location alongside the river Creuse near to Argenton. It is very good value,.and the food is excellent. The rooms are spotless. All rooms have A/C and T.V. The family always make you... More

The position of this hotel makes it excellent for a stopover. We chose it for this purpose on the way down through France and again, a fortnight later, on the way back up. On both occasions we were in the annexe rooms. There is plenty of parking, a good covered, heated swimming pool and friendly, helpful staff. There is little... More

Just a couple of km outside the charming little town of Argenton. The woman who runs this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a family room in the annex, even though there were just two of us. The room opened out on to a little patio and 5 metros farther was the pool. A lovely, large, heated... More

This is a Logis hotel and has all the good qualities of this group; family run, with good food and comfortable rooms. There is ample parking, though no closed garage, but the location is quiet. The welcome is warm and the owners are very kind. Our room was spacious, and fully equipped for wheelchair access if necessary. The swimming pool... More

The place has all we need as a family of 3 persons: Spacious bedroom for 3 persons, parking at location and a good quality restaurant (the local entrecote was amazing). The pool was very refreshing after hours crossing Paris Peripherique and the staff was very friendly. Perfect location once you have cross Paris direction Toulouse

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting the European Water Ski Racing finals on the nearby Lake Eguzon. So did several other participants, some on their 4th or 5th visit. A warm welcome from the owning family, we were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean, light and airy with a decent sized balcony. The Hotel, Restaurant, and Pool... More

Have stayed here two or four times a year for the past few years (so we like it!). 5.5 driving hours from Calais - not exceeding speed limits. Always a warm welcome**. Good rooms with 6ft bed, separate shower and lavatory. Impeccably clean. Evening meals always good, sometimes very good. Service normally good, on a couple of occasions a little... More
