A lovely clean place to stay over. The lady was welcoming and friendly. Not far from liverpool. Shared bathroom and kitchen, all clean and accessible. Well worth the money. We'll Definitely be going back.

Basic sized room, some with view of local rail line. 10 minutes walk from Bootle Centre. Property itself has a shared kitchen/bathroom, but is clean and would recommend if priced out of City Centre Hotels.Check out is usually 10am.

Arrived at the b+b first impression was not good! It is situated out of town in a rough part of Liverpool. The b+b was formerly a pub, it's not easy to find either, shutters on the window. The whole experience was just WEIRD! The woman Ali doesn't knock on your door before entering which I found so intrusive, it's a...

Went with three mates for the game. Within walking distance from Anfield (ca. 30 mins). Nice reception by Bernadette. Room very simple, but clean. It was moist however, and a dehumidifier was running in the room. Unfortunately something went wrong with the heating, when we stayed, so everybody had to sleep with outdoor clothes on. I do think we were...

I was a little concerned when I first arrived, as the place looked shut up. The pub below is now closed but the b&b is still running. I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The kitchen is there to use, just like being at home. You have full cooking facility if required. The...

looks a bit weird from the photos (it's above a now closed pub and a bit tired from the outside). Step inside to a friendly welcome, warm, everything spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet - no street noise), Simple DIY breakfast, and brilliant value for money. So don't be put off by the area or the exterior, cos you will find...

Land lady was very helpful and friendly, made you feel welcome. Rooms were basic but clean and everything you need for a short stay, we only stayed for one night so was fine. Would defiantly recommend staying here and would stay there again.
