We stayed overnight while on the Transandalus MTB Trail, it was a perfect spot making a change from camping and had a place to safely store the bikes. An amazing property and very hospitable hosts, excellent place.

El Secreto del Olivo is a 17th Century senorial or manor house that has been converted into a cosy boutique hotel, situated in the Lecrin Valley. This beautiful valley unfolds to the South of the city of ...More Granada, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, descending towards the Costa Tropical The tranquil interior invites calm and relaxation with a central Andalusian courtyard with bathes in light each of the 10 ample individually styled bedrooms. Each one enjoying it's own ensuite bathroom and complimentary bathing products. Breakfast can be taken in the dining room, the courtyard, or on the terrace in the fresh air. The shady pergola of the roof terrace provides spectacular panoramic views of Sierra Nevada from comfy sofas. In Winter a log fire burns in the cosy lounge. Under floor heating and hot water are provided by our olive stone biomass boiler and solar panels. There is free WIFI throughout the property. A visit to the local olive mill in Niguelas where you will learn about the collection and pressing process, and where you can try our own ecological olive oil.
