From the moment we arrived on a late flight from Manchester, Panos greeted us with a very warm welcome to Skiathos (Agia Paraskevi).
The location is excellent as it is near to multiple amazing tavernas, the beautiful, golden sandy beach (1 min walk) and a 30 second walk to the no 16 bus stop.
The best way to get around Skiathos is by bus, stop 1 - Skiathos Town to stop 26 - Koukanaries beach...2€ per trip.
Our room was homely and had everything we needed including kettle, hairdryer, fridge, toastie maker. Shower was hot and powerful, air con and safe were great (small additional charge - but well worth it). For my teenage daughter the bathroom mirror had Hollywood lights (if u have a teenager you'll understand the importance!).
There is a lovely bar area, where Panos creates amazing cocktails, this is next to the small but immaculately clean pool.
There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and pomegranates growing in the garden
Our room was serviced daily, with clean bedding and fresh towels every 3 days.
We would highly recommend this friendly, small hotel for a perfect stay in Skiathos x

Our studio 9 was was quite old, but very clean and tidy with a fabulous first floor balcony overlooking the pool bar. Kitchenette was very small with no work surfaces, except the hob and drainer. Fridge (tip-bring your own ice cube tray), no toaster, but a small sandwich toaster/grill and electric kettle are provided.
Panos was very welcoming and served a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Large beer €3.60. No food, but a dozen Tavernas nearby. Can recommend Alvi, Orsa, Jimmy's and Green Park. Allow €30-€40 for two mains with wine.
Two very expensive minimarkets, the best of which was just 50 metres away. No other shops to browse around but it's an easy €2 bus ride from nearby stop 16 into buzzing Skiathos town. Stop 4, walk down into the centre. Stop 3 for large good value supermarket. Or carry on until the end for the port.
We found the local beach, which is just a five minute walk, to be superb. If you don't mind a longer walk, we can also recommend the smaller Kolios beach just past bus stop 15. Two sunbeds and a parasol were normally €10, but on Kolios you paid more to sit next to the sea or have a more luxurious bed.
We also caught the bus to Kookounaries, stop 26, which is the biggest beach on the island. It has several pricey beach bars playing very loud music and is very popular with younger set, but not for us oldens !

What a little gem we found at Panos studios. Panos is a wonderful host, friendly, funny & generous. He runs a great bar with delicious cocktails & a good range of beers/spirits.
The accommodation is basic but sparkling clean well equipped with full size fridge, kettle & sandwich toaster. The shower was powerful with plentiful hot water.
Martina the cleaner always has a friendly smile & works so hard.
The pool area was delightful with a perfect sized pool, plentiful sun loungers & umbrellas. The beach is a 2 minute walk directly across the road & is a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear waters. There are sun beds to hire as well as areas without beds for those who want a bit more space to stretch out. There are numerous large wakes from the ferry throughout the day so don’t sit too close to the waters edge (be warned you will get wet). The local swans will visit each day along with signets at certain times of the year.
There are lots of lovely Tavernas locally to choose from, there is Roula pizzeria up the road which was lovely for a light lunch. The supermarket is 2 minutes away & are well stocked.
Air con is at an additional charge but necessary in the summer, as with most Greek islands, mosquitoes are prevalent so take a good repellent & bite relief lotion/spray.
Everything was excellent & we would highly recommend Panos Studios for a relaxing beach holiday.

We have just returned from a holiday in Skiathos where we stayed at Panos, which we have to say was a lovely place to stay. From its great position, about a minute walk from the beach & close to restaurants and bus stops. Our host,Panos, is the most helpful and friendly guy you could wish for and the studios are kept spotlessly clean, with his staff always in evidence.
After having a great holiday we cannot wait to go back and will definitely go back to Panos.s

We have just returned from 9 lovely nights at Panos Studios, Agia Paraskevi, and we can safely say we will be back!
The hotel is lovely, friendly, and very very well maintained. Panos and his team are busily working away everyday to make sure that his hotel really is the best it can be for your stay. Always there with a cheery smile! The pool area is lovely to relax in, with modern facilities, and the garden is kept beautifully. Our room was room 9, and it was perfect, exactly what we needed. Fresh towels and sheets given throughout the stay, we used the safe, and also paid for the aircon, this was very reasonable and worked brilliantly. Our balcony faced the pool and we enjoyed it.
The location is great, small wander from the beach, surrounded by lovely restaurants- listen to Panos, the green park is lovely!
Now to Panos himself, the heart and soul of this hotel, he works incredibly hard, and he is always there with a smile on his face. I think we were always the first and last customers at the pool bar, so we really got to know him, and it was a pleasure! So many laughs, so many cocktails, and so many memories created in a beautiful hotel! ☺️ He even offered to keep our bags while we spent our last day in the sun.
We honestly couldn’t recommend this enough, we will be back, and we cannot wait to see what ideas Panos has had since! A little bit of paradise! 😘
P.s. if you go, order a mojito!

Panos apartments are a little gem, just stayed there for two weeks in a pool view studio and we could not fault it, the room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, towels and sheets were changed every three days. The rooms the pool and grounds are kept spotless by two lovely ladies and the bar and reception is run by the lovely Panos who can’t do enough for you nothing is to much trouble he’s a great host and he makes the best cocktails. The apartments are in the centre of the resort straight across from the beach and close to all the restaurants.

This is Greece at it's finest - good accommodation with the wonderful Panos. We stayed here for just a week but could easily have done 2 weeks or more. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and quintessentially Greek. Panos runs a brilliant complex with a great little bar and pool area. Sad to see that a couple of reviewers felt it did nt fulfill their high expectations - get real guys, if you want the full bells and whistles experience then pay for a 5 star hotel and dont beat up on a guy trying to deliver the best experience he can. A wonderful host who certainly made our holiday unforgettable. We will return.

The hotel was lovely and the pool was great! Panos was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again, great location for the beach (5 minute walk, if that!) and local family tavernas. Right opposite a bus stop that’s directly into town, 20 mins via bus. We had a great trip, thanks Panos!

We have just returned after spending a perfect week at The Panos Studios. Our ground floor apartment was spacious and very clean, all equipment was as described and there was nothing we could fault. Panos is a wonderful host who Is always on hand should you need him. The studios are perfectly placed on the island, the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. We enjoyed a few nights in Skiathos town getting on the local bus at stop 16 which is only a few yards from the apartments. There are plenty of tavernas near by, Avli being our favourite which is family run and a lot quieter than others nearby. Olive Thea is well worth a visit as well 👌🏼. Thank you to Panos for making our first visit to Skiathos so memorable, your apartments and hospitality were spot on and our granddaughter loved the pool 😂 x

The studios are traditional no frills Greek. Spotlessly clean and the maids clean daily. Location is excellent, many restaurants close by, bus stop less than 2 min walk and the gorgeous beach directly opposite is a five minute walk. All on the flat with no hills to be climbing. The bar area is a great meeting place in the evening, with residents and non residents. Panos the owner is so welcoming to all. Stayed here as a solo traveller and I cannot recommended enough, just fabulous. I’ll be back very soon.
