Very near to Kolkata (around 100 km), just take the right after Palsit toll booth. Rooms are really good. Main attraction is the swimming pool. You can spend the whole day at the pool as they serve food there and you can stay there with a beer can too. Room service is good. Pool is maintained well. Food is really...

This place is very near to Kolkata. 2nd Hooghly Bridge - Kona expressway - Dankuni toll Plaza - - Durgapur expressway - Palsit toll plaza. We took cottages which were quite big & clean. The place is well maintained. Each cottages had a veranda which was very cosy and attractive, The cottages faced the pond. The place is so suiting...

We went there as a picnic party with some seniors and some children. Entry fee for picnic is Rs. 650. And Rs. 20 for every adult individuals. The park is divided into picnic zone A and B. The A zone being better positioned than B. The park is so so, not much to see or do. Just boating on a...

We are here based on the reviews of people on TripAdvisor. Sadly for us it's a totally waste of time and financial resource. First the park not at all maintained. Gates are in a rusted state. Cottages need urgent repairs. Geyser not working. Lakes have become dumping place and have not been cleaned for ages. The park is also open...

Then head straight and take the flyover on your right towards Dankuni and take Durgapur expressway. 1st you will find Dankuni Toll Plaza. Then a CCD on your left. The 2nd toll plaza is PALSIT. After crossing Palsit toll plaza...

Its a nice place to destress ourself after a whole week of slogging in our work place. Staying in modern ethnic cottages or well furnished Superior or Delux rooms surrounded by numerous plants, an overdose of greenery and seven lakes teeming with fish can be a paradise for nature loving people. I went with my family on 1st January 2015...

Malancha Nature Park Resort is a good place to relax with friends and family over a weekend. There are few pros as well as cons about the place. Its a big area with lots of greenery around. Apart from staying, the area is also given in rent for private picnics especially during winters. However the crowd is not allowed to...

Leaving behind work and drudgery of every day life, a weekend getaway from Kolkata always gives a feeling of a welcome break. If you can make it to a far off place that would be good, but a quaint place not-so-far-away wouldn't be bad either.2 of us went their in September 2014. It was raining and romantic .The location is...
