Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good things first: the breakfast was pretty good, especially the natural honey on offer; the cleaning staff were very nice; and the hotel is based on a knitting theme with lots of nice knitwear on sale. The not so good: the room was ill maintained, the toilet stank and the water pressure on the top floor was a joke. The rooms cost the same as any good 4-start hotel in the middle of Bangkok. So the size and the dilapidated state of the rooms was a surprise. To be fair, the hotel is intended to cater to locals and specializes in weddings and business retreats. So they are not competing in the same market as tourist hotels in the middle of Bangkok.

Room Tip: Avoid the big rooms on the top floor. Not worth the extra cost.

They are lovely hotel staff. First floor has feel like wedding studio. The room was a little small for the price. Have knitted decorations everywhere maybe they sat there long time have dust and a bit smelly. Location is by the busy main road not must restaurant or shop around we have to cross the bridge to 7-11. Their restaurant lovely by the canal breakfast nice!

The check-in was speedy and courteous/professional; furthermore, the outside of the hotel with it's "cute" decor looked promising. But the room itself was a bit shabby and run down, with quirky yarn/knitting decorations and a bed that is as hard as a rock (no joke). It was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in and I would've probably been better off lying on the floor or a table.

This is an average quality hotel out of Bangkok City. The rooms are ok,bed ok. It looks old and in need of renovation for the price charged. The breakfast was fair and included in the price. we ended up staying in a better hotel for a bit less money nearby. It is used for weddings and has a nice atmosphere for this and a big dining room.

A nice hotel. Very small rooms, but adequate for wife and myself. Check in was pleasant. Staff courteous. The motif of this hotel is (KNITTING). Odd, but true. They even sell knitted sweaters and stuff. Breakfast is provided, but geared to Thai taste. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The room was clean, The stuff was very friendly from the frontdesk to gate security very nice guy !!! We had 1100 bat die Nacht inkl. Breakfirst. This we just tried once because that was not good at all. There are much food stalls in the area which are very cheap and provide excellent food, so that does not bother too much. You are very much outside BKG and especially during rain and very late you have a hard time to get a cab from innercity, but lately this decision is up to you.

First impression are good as you are welcomed into an impressive building that stands out in the neighbourhood. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. One is invited for a welcome drink at the bar/restaurant in an adjacent building. The rooms were of a descent size but I found the bed too hard for my liking. I nearly had the impression that sleeping on a table could be softer! At breakfast there were variety of choices with scenic views to relax to as you eat. Very Sympathetic Staff. I have to give the hotel staff credit for their tolerance and understanding involving a missing Room Keycard. During a checkout process, I decided to change my mind and stay till next morning as it would have cost me the same since I was checking out very late in the day. The receptionist claimed she had given me back the key but after emptying my pockets and bags, I was adamant she hadn't. A master key was used to open my room just in case I had left it there but I hadn't. The next morning they were going to charge me 300 Baht for loss of key but I refused as I claimed the loss occurred with receptionist. The manager was called and when I explained the circumstances that the loss occurred while at the reception counter, he waived the 300 Baht penalty charge. It was a day later while in a different hotel in Central Bangkok that I found the Key. I had put it in my wallet with my other credit cards! I never put Hotel Room keys in my wallet, that's why I couldn't find it. I got the hotel where I was staying to post it back to them and I hope it arrived and I'm again using this medium to apologise but also use this opportunity to inform other potential guests about your excellent Customer Relation skills!

Paid 1500 baht for a night with breakfast. I think it's too expensive but there's no better choice nearby. The room is small with "wanna be cute" decorating. They offer free wifi but I cant connect due to weak signal. Air con has bad smell. Anyway, Room is clean and staff is friendly. So, i am giving max 2 stars for overall.

Didn't expect to find such a nice lovely hotel around this area. Very clean, very quiet, staff are helpful and the food are amazing! Love the canal behind the hotel where they prepare food for guests to give offering to monks who still commute by boat early in the morning.
