Absolutely loved this place.. amazing views from all rooms.. if you want 5 star accommodation don't come.. very basic accommodation but lovely and clean.. air-conditioning really good.. wonderful hosts.. perfect location.. at the quieter side of town but loads of bars and restaurants within a minute walk.. Excellent location - right by the sea, walking distance to everything. Beautiful view from balcony, very clean spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, hosts are very welcoming and helpful. It feels like sleeping on the sea waves. If you are an early bird you can catch the sun rising from the sea. Convenient pool and a bar for coffee and drinks.

We have been staying here for the eighth year on vacation. It's an absolutely great place..clean and spacious rooms and the owners Yanis and Maria are very nice and kind..I'm really looking forward to go back there again..I love this place.😘

A great experience, the view is amazing and the hotel is right on the sea. The owner of the hotel is very nice, kind and the most special thing is that he helped us build routes. The price is not expensive at all. In conclusion, highly recommend.

We stayed at Arlen beach hotel for 2 weeks this Summer. The hotel is in the perfect location for food, bars , shops and a stone's throw away from the sea. A beautiful location. The hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Super friendly owners, lovely big rooms with amazing views, a pool and small cafe bar. The hotel was full during our stay, but very quiet and couldn't hear other guests. We will definitely be coming back!! Andrea and Simon

We arrived quite late at night in June this year and within 30 seconds we knew we had made a fantastic choice. Maria and Yannis are fabulous hosts, you feel like you have left all your worries thousands of miles away. We had a seafront apartment 202 I think it was a which was massive and spotless. We often did not need the cleaning lady, who by the way was absolutely brilliant, to clean any of the rooms as it was spotless. We often came down to reception and asked for a toastie and coffee which Yannis would carry to your table whether you are sun bathing by the pool or sitting at the front watching the world go by. I tried chilled coffee for the first time in my life and it was fantastic. Every morning we woke with a smile on our face and that remained with us throughout the day. We often sat at our favourite table at the front entrance drinking a glass of chilled red wine, again a first for me but having it cooked made a huge difference when the sun is beating down on you. Often Maria’s brother would come to the hotel for a swim, a lovely unassuming man who’s English is far better than my Greek and his presence just added to the family but professional feel this place has. The pool is spotless, the smoothies and coffees are amazing and the rooms are large airy and comfortable leaving us fully rested an itching to come back next year.…

This accommodation is number 1 for us ....very spacious comfortable accommodation.. the unique thing is that it is close to the sea... The owners Maria and Yannis are always very nice and helpful and friendly... I can recommend this hotel to everyone and I will always be happy to return.. We stayed at the Arlen Beach Hotel for seven nights. Very spacious comfortable accommodation. Fabulous location right next to the sea, suitable for swimming away from the crowds. All the amenities are right on your doorstep. The owners, Yannis and Maria (forgive the spelling) Really made our stay. Such wonderfully warm compassionate people. Always on hand with any help or advice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks guys. You made our stay in Crete a fantastic one!!

It was so lovely to return to the Arlen Beach Hotel after 4 years and this time with all our kids. Maria and Yannis are such wonderful hosts. They again gave us great suggestions of where to visit. The rooms are comfortable with a full working kitchen and of course a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. The location is perfect - walking distance to the restaurants and shops, but in a quiet location. Amazing value.

Best location at the water front. While everything was within 5 min walking distance, the place is quiet. Very nice, comfortable and spacious appartment with large balkony. The owners were extremely helpful. Will definetely come again.
