What a great B&B, we had the Yellow room which was amazing and all the little extras were fabulous. Lesley & Ron were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend it highly enough. Eating places were nearby and a garage to replenish your food stocks.

Stayed one night with my parents whilst walking the South Downs Way - myself in the Yellow Room, them in the Pink Room. Can't speak for every room but ours were absolutely huge, comfy beds and great en suites! Had a very peaceful nights sleep and the breakfast was excellent, as well as the pack lunches we requested. Ron & Lesley were great hosts and good to chat to. The mini greek street in the garage has to be seen to be believed!

Lovely welcome by Lesley shown to our room very spacious with a bath shower and a view of the South Downs where we were planning to walk. Huge bed very comfortable, tv, assortment of beverages, and toiletries. Fabulous breakfast both days and entertained by the juke box and Ron! Pubs locally good for evening meal, packed lunch great value. We would walk those hills again just to stay there.

We stopped of at this amazing B&B on our SDW walk. Ron and Lesley are exceptional hosts and went over and above expectations to make our stay a wonderful and comfortable experience. The Green Room was beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and a lovely haven of rest after a long day of walking. Special dietary requirements were happily catered for and a delicious breakfast, with lots of choices, was prepared for us. Good local pubs serving lovely food were within a very short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

After a 13 mile walk in the mist & rain, we were very happy to arrive at Downs View B&B. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. It's obvious that the owners have taken great care and attention to detail in creating this B&B. The breakfast choices were vast, and very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the owners, who were fun and funny and super hosts. Thanks for a great stay! 5* from me!
