Really nice hotel, comfortable rooms and lovely bathroom with big bath and rain shower. The windows have privacy blinds and blackout roman blinds for a peaceful nights sleep. We had a room on the second floor, I requested a quiet room as I was up early for work, the bar downstairs has a late licence at weekend so if you're not a night owl, ask for upper floor room.
The bar and restaurant is really cool and modern with comfortable chilled out atmosphere and great cocktails. Happy hour 6-8,
The hotel has 24 hour on call staff in case of emergency. The hotel entrance is secure with key card only entry at all times . The free parking is a two minute walk but you can park outside the hotel free after 6pm and until 8am and all day Sunday.
Surbiton is a nice place with plenty shops bars and restaurants great train links to london, kingston town is half a mile from the hotel. Kempton park and hampton court palace a short drive away.
The breakfast at hotel bosco is free, its continental and just superb, the staff are lovely and friendly, the highlight was the egg boiling machine where you can boil your eggs as you like while you're browsing pastries, croissants, meat and cheese, selection of fresh bread, juice, yogurt and cereal. Very pleasant sitting in the big window seats while enjoying breakfast. All in all a lovely hotel bar and restaurant and would definitely recommend as an ideal place to stay while exploring London and surrounding area. Rooms are air conditioned, the hotel has a lift for access or stairs.

We stayed for one night at this hotel, following a family occasion elsewhere in Surbiton. There is free parking in the street outside for 30 minutes, giving you ample time to unload your car. There is step-free access to the hotel from the street and a lift (elevator) to all floors. A warm welcome at Reception was a good start. We were given information about the free parking, which is at street level in the grounds of another hotel not far away. Our room was modern, comfortable, air-conditioned and spacious. The bathroom was similarly good. The continental buffet breakfast was varied and the counter well-stocked with quality items, including a variety of fresh charcuterie and pastries. This hotel is thoroughly recommended.

Located within the pay wave train network of London, Bosco provided warm welcoming service and good value food. Great location, less than 5 mins to Surbiton train station and within 5 mins walk of many restaurants and good Ol English pubs. I recommend the weekend Bosco Brunch. Very accommodating with GF options. Enjoy.

The breakfast was very poor. Largely prepackaged food lacking in freshness and taste. Despite prewarning, no gluten-free food has been provided. The receptionist (apparently the only member of the staff at the property) went out to get some but only got bread saying cereal was available. (A supermarket 75 yards away had a whole shelf full of it). If you stay here, we recommend going to the café opposite ‘Pickled Pantry’ which had an excellent healthy tasty breakfast at a decent price).
Our room was not cleaned out on the second day of our stay. There was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, only one glass provided despite there being two guests and the tea cups and glass were not cleaned/replaced on the second day.
The basic room design was okay, but there were faults with it such as plug sockets being inaccessible and the low lighting in the bathroom meaning that shaving was essentially guesswork.
Given all the above, the price was highly excessive.

Very disappointed in Hotel Bosco as they advertise as having a 'thriving' restaurant and lounge while both have them have been closed since the initial lockdowns. I booked this hotel specifically so that when we arrived late we would be able to have something to eat and a possible drink without having to leave the hotel again. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known both the restaurant and lounge were closed. When I asked for a discount the manager said that he would talk to his reservation department and they would contact me. It's been over a week so I assume they have no intention of doing this.

Dear 457steveg, Thank you for your valued feedback. I am sorry to read your comments regarding your stay and bar&lounge not being in operation. I hope you can appreciate that our Bar & Lounge has only been open to our in-house guests for drinks since the pandemic however we are anticipating to resume dinner services from the end of October. Please accept our apologies and I can assure you that your feedback has been conveyed to our Hotel Management. Hoping you have the opportunity to return to see what you experienced was very much an exception and not the norm.

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel and had checked out the reviews. The room was advertised as having an extra large double bed, which the receptionist then proceeded to tell us was a Kingsize, but not a European Kingsize?! What does that even mean, perhaps he meant it was a Kingsize in the land of Lilliput! The bed was not extra large - just standard.

Breakfast was hit or miss depending on whether staff bothered to replenish stock. Day 1 was poor with very limited choice whereas Day 2 was much better.

If you are on the second floor don't expect the Wifi to be working in your room. The receptionist said he would reboot the router, but it made no difference. No Wifi and no decent 4G connection either.

I would advise packing an extension cable and a spot light! The room plugs are nowhere near the mirror for doing hair etc. and the lighting in the bathroom is shady for makeup and shaving.

Overall we were very disappointed - the only upside was a very close location to Surbiton Train station and a great day at Wimbledon Tennis.

Did not honor a voucher from pre covid, despite all other companies making an exception for Covid and not actually being able to travel to the hotel. Offered a measly 15% discount off a 2 night stay, actually the same as the online offers. Management extremely unhelpful and communication very slow. Manager eventually lied about " upgrading us to a premium room", and offering "free breakfast". Upon check in we learned from other staff that all the rooms were classed as "premium" (aka tiny), and since we stayed their last time, the cooked breakfast had been downgraded, to partly frozen sliced pan and stale croissants, and a boiled egg machine that's seen better days. When we checked in we got to our box room to find a large sh1t left in the toilet to greet us, and the flush not working. We were moved to another room, which had, a broken blind, shower, toilet seat, to name but a few. Also located next to reception,so we heard every conversation between staff about how hungover they were (St.patricks weekend). Considering covid and the importance of deep cleaning and sanitizing rooms, it was horrifying to see the layers of dust on the room walls and light features, not exactly reassuring. We voiced our concerns at check out and were offered a "cup of coffee", as management "had already taken payment, and there's nothing they could do". A hugely disappointing stay and the hotel has really been let go since our last stay.

We stayed at the hotel last year in March visiting the Volksworld Show, we had an amazing time and so we decided to book the same hotel for this year as well. In March due to Covid-19 we had to cancel, since everything else was cancelled our flight and the show as well.
The show was rescheduled for October so we had to rescheduled our booking to the hotel. After a lot of emails and telephone conversations we managed to tranfer our booking for October.
Mid September i sent an email to the hotel requesting a change again since the show was once again canceled and there were also announed a lot of restrictions in the UK making our stay more and more difficult. I received a plain answer saying that nothing can be done since the hotel is running as usual. I sent another email stating all of the difficulties we are facing and i received nothing, no asnwer nothing. So today i called them with the hope of changing our stay or maybe received an amount of our payment back and their answer was sorry its too late to do anything sorry!
I am very disapointed and angry! We are facing a pandemic they should be able to offer flexibilities, i am traveling from another country the restrictions are everywhere. The tests, the airport documentation requirements are a major problem.
We will hopefully revisiting UK in March 2021 but we will not choose this hotel again for our stay!

Dear Anni2684, Thank you for your valued review, which is greatly appreciated. I am sorry to hear that on this occasion we were not able to offer another date change or free cancellation. I hope you can understand that the reservations for October were booked on a non-refundable and non-amendable rate on the basis the hotel is operating as we had already offered a date change for the reservations in March 2020 (which were at the time cancelled outside of the cancellation policy). We booked this hotel for a Saturday night stay knowing that there was a bar till 1am. However was not quite expecting the level of noise from the bar as it felt like the booming music was in our room even on the second floor.
Would not recommend this hotel if you are hoping to get a good night sleep. Air conditioner was not working, room amenities were basic and in need of updating and did not justify a four star rating. For the price of £115 for the night and no cooked breakfast the following morning it was a very disappointing experience and I have had better stays at Premier Inn for less.

Best bit was checking out. Will not be returning even though receptionist was very apologetic and promised a room on the third floor next time we stayed. No refund was offered no surprise there.

The hotel was great for my short visit. It is just a minute walk from the train station which was very convenient. My room was clean. There were some renovations and scaffolding outside of my window, however, I was not bothered by it at all. I think they did most of their work in the middle of the day when most people are away to avoid disrupting the guests. There is a pub right next door so if you are a light sleeper or have little ones this could be disruptive for you. However, I only had this issue one night. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel staffing was minimal but they were able to provide me with everything I needed. I would stay here again.

Can't help too much here. The venue is buzzing and lively, I arrived back from a "do" ar midnight so was not around for the evening. Possibly not the place to go if you want chat etc, but if it's high energy type evening might be Ok. I am older so would not be a dinner meet place for me.

Is there a large dance floor? What sort of music is played?

Hello, Sorry, we went out in London therefore did not go into the bar in the evening. We did eat in there in the afternoon and the place is not very big. Unless they have another room that we did not come across, which I am sure they don't then no the dance floor is not very big. The music from what we heard sounded like your standard house music. It sounded like everyone was having a good time anyway!
