This b and b is very well run and the hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful, with nothing too much trouble. We stayed for five nights in the Lamorna room, which has a sea view. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Great breakfast, with a lovely fruit salad. The location is very quiet and peaceful, but still near all the good local beauty spots. Good walking nearby, and good local pubs to eat at. Bus stop at the end of the lane for those who don't drive. Hope to stay there again sometime in future.

What a friendly , comfortable stay! Vicky and her husband are superb guests , welcoming you into their lovely farmhouse set in a stunning location. The rooms are super-comfy and every little detail has been thought of to make your stay thoroughly relaxing. I would really recommend this for anyone looking for sheer comfort in a wonderful part of Cornwall

Vicki and Derek are charming hosts. Welcoming and friendly, including their dog Poppy! The room was delightful with fabulous sea views. I slept really well! Breakfast was amazing with so much on offer. Thoroughly enjoyable! Just a perfect place to stay whether its for a short break or longer - I shall be back! Thank you both!

Room Tip: Ask for Lamorna Room although the Penberth is just as lovely the Lamorna room as the sea views :)

Staying here was a highlight of our time in Cornwall. We booked for 2 nights and were fortunate to be able to stay an extra night. The room was lovely, with a wonderful view across the fields to the sea. There was a delicious breakfast each morning and, as there are only two rooms, the chance to chat with the other guests. Best of all were the hosts Vicki and Derek who were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would love to be sble to return some day.
