Hi Laurenedgx, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Thankfully poor reviews are few and far between as you can clearly see. I am sorry that you felt your accommodation was outdated but the condition/decor of units is consumate to the grading booked and up to each individual property owner. For the benefit of the reader we only provide towels in our platinum units. I am sorry that your booking agent did not inform you of this. We are always at a loss that why some guests "grin and bear it" rather than allow us to assist when you are on park which we, as always, would have been delighted to do so. We could have moved accommodation, or even assisted you to move to another park. (And also maybe get some special treats for your partners birthday !) I am sorry that you felt unable to say anything at the time to the team. However, it may be difficult to deal with after you have gone home, but not impossible and I will be contacting you through the Tripadvisor messaging service to discover precisely where you where staying and see what we can do to help. I am glad though that you appeared on reflection to enjoy Kenegie as a base for discovering West Cornwall. Best wishes

We have just had 4 nights at kenegie. We stopped in a gold apartment which was a much larger than average apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was well presented. We even had a bottle of prosecco and chocolates waiting for us. I had aranged with kenegie to put

How far is it from Penzance Station as we’d be coming on the train? Many thanks
It's not that its far to walk , we walked it down about 3 miles max.... however it's all up hill to get there from the station defo recommend a taxi around £7 . there's a place by the bus station right by the train station . that would be my honest answer cause the hills are really steep .
