Been often traveler to Novi Pazar, but this is my first time in Vrbak. Hotel has 2 stars and by all means, this is it. Hotel is currently being renovating from outside, inside it seems to have refreshed already. Reception service is ok, parking area must be booked in advance although there is probability to find a space. Rooms are...

In a travel guide it said 'worth a visit but not a sleeping option'. As I was travelling with my son who values adventure infinitrly, we decided to sleep in Vrbak nonetheless. A weird experience indeed. Behind oriental splendour the rooms are as they should be according to the travel guide. My room was just renovated but the curtains could...

I stayed here for 12 days visiting my partners family. It was a bit of a shock to me at first after staying at hotels in Dubai and Belgrade then here but after the first night it was not bad at all. The hotel is in the best location in town you can walk any where. The room was an...

A very nice hotel, in a good position and with good single rooms. The "low" rating depends on the lack of cleaness of the common areas and the general rudeness of the staff. I'd would improve also the breakfast, have tasted better food at the local pekara.

Not much to chose from in Novi Pazar. The top rated hotel is on the outskirts of the city so we selected this one. Photos were scary and first impression inside really isn't any better. There's a lingering odor from decades of cigarette smoke even though it is now non-smoking. The place is worn and ratty. Rooms are actually funky....

First, the location is dead square in the center of town. My room overlooks the main plaza. Next, everything works just fine. Fast wifi. Good hot shower. Good heating system. Good selection of English TV channels. Quiet and comfortable. But, the hotel itself is a piece of 1970s Yugoslavia. It is a very amazing piece of history. Retro 1970s meets...

We have stayed 1 night in this hotel transiting Serbia from Romania to Croatia via Montenegro. Is a good hotel for 1 max 2 nights ; it's position is very good, central, just in the main square of the city, a few steps far from the old city. It's surrounded by restaurants, but its problem is that is old...has a...

The frame is surprising - byzantine style - and the rooms are perfect - so we decided to stay one more night The breakfast is also tasty! The location is also good, in the center with an outside parking available

Location of hotel is in city center. Hotel is next to the river. Room are vert clean and restaurant is very big. You have parking for car. So, I can say this hotel is old but for short time accomodation is ok. If you are just drive trouth Novi Pazar, this is good place to stay.

We spent one night at Vrbak Hotel, following lonely planet guide's suggestion, but it was a real nightmare. The room was dirty, sleazy, depressing. The bathroom was small and the tub was rusty. We woke up scratching because of dirty linen. But the worst is in the window: it is a door to the outside and there are no guardrails,...
