I went to stay at Mas de Garrigue with my boyfriend and three friends last weekend and (despite being slumped back against my desk since yesterday) I am still smiling from the experience. This 15th century hunting lodge is probably the most perfect place I've ever stayed. It has been beautifully restored and the attention to detail is incredible. From...

I was not disappointed to have picked this B & B for a 2 night stay while visiting the area. The location is in a rural area but pretty drives to many different sites to visit, the pretty little town of Circ Lapopie on the edge of the mountain, Grotte de Peche Merle, Rocamador, Figeac, etc. When we arrived Sarah...

The hosts Sarah and Steve are amazing hosts in this fantastic hotel. The building itself is in the beautiful countryside of the Lot Valley, and has been renovated from a fairly badly run down farmhouse (Check out the before and after photos). Each room has been carefully decorated, have enormous beds and are stunning. If possible you should try to...

Stayed in mas de garrigue for 10 days in september and had a fantastic time. The rooms were fantastic and the same could be said about our hosts Sarah and Steve. I would recommend availing of the dinner as it is to die for! We shall definitely be returning!

Sarah and Steve and the gorgeous dogs (Wendy, Luca and Esme) are gracious and welcoming hosts. We had dinner at the hotel twice and gorged on beautiful, fresh produce from the region and from the garden - all paired with lovely local wines. The room we stayed in was Saint-Sulpice and it was big, beautifully decorated and had a great...

This hotel definitely has the X-factor. The outside of the hotel is stunning, matched only by the interior. The bedrooms are huge, beautifully decorated and the enormous beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are stunning. The hosts are delightful and the food is delicious. What more could anyone ask for?

The web site for this place does not do it justice. You arrive expecting rustic farmstead but what you actually get is filmic character and full-on luxury. Four story mansion with tower, enormous bedrooms and en-suites and the biggest most comfortable beds in France, magnificent terraces and pool, and on top of this the host and hostess (both Irish) are...

It was like a home from home stay except better. The food was delicious, the beds very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. We did a bit of sight seeing but as we were numerous and we had good weather (initially) we stayed by the pool, relaxed and played games. I would recommend this 'hotel' for those who want...
