Sunnyside is a lovely place to stay, the house is stunning, the staff were lovely and we were made to feel like long lost family! Defo made our mini holiday that little more special and would return here again if we ever found ourselfs in Norwich again!

Convenient location as only 10 minutes from wedding venue. Warm welcome and helpful from initial booking. Family room with ensuite was comfortable. Breakfast room and breakfast were great. Would recommend to use for discovering the local area via the many footpaths.

Bit difficult to find but when you get there it is worth it. Maggie was very welcoming. We had a first floor room that looked over the garden. As we are birdwatchers this was a real treat. It is very peaceful, no traffic noise to distrub you, just the birds, although someone was leading a horse out at about 5.00am...

Stayed here with my partner and dog for one night, along with my parents, sister and her 2 toddlers. Lovely warm welcome on arrival, wonderful atmosphere, relaxing and comfortable. The garden room is a great addition looking over the pool. We would stay here again. 5 star in every way.

Stays here for the weekend whilst with going gliding at Norfolk Gliding club. Was very well looked after and breakfast was delicious. The children were well looked after and the Thomas bed cover was a lovely touch for my 3 year old. Even the fresh eggs we brought home were delicious - they made a very tasty scrambled egg. Can't...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Sunnyside South B&B is a friendly family home in Forncett End, a quiet village between Wymondham and Long Stratton, approx 10 miles south of Norwich. We welcome families, single travellers and couples to our home. Well behaved children and dogs welcome! We have en-suite family rooms which can sleep two adults and two children. A large garden with an outdoor heated pool (pool open summer months only, temperature is weather dependant!) Guests can expect a warm welcome, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast all for a very reasonable rate! An earlier check in than 4pm is available for guests going to weddings locally. It's true, we don't have locks on the outside of the guest room doors, you can lock yourself in with a latch. Your valuables are safe during the day, our own personal home security would be compromised if it wasn't. You wouldn't dream of going into anyone else's room or even up to my room which also doesn't have a lock. It's called trust!! We are a bed and breakfast not a guest house or hotel and, therefore, expect guests to go out for the day and explore the fabulous Norfolk countryside and coast, and enjoy all the local attractions! Feel free to return to our home after 4pm. ... more   less
