Very friendly and helpful staff and good ambiance. The rustic look, while it looks great in the pictures, is not very comfortable. Rooms were quite cold and poortly lit, restaurant fare is mediocre and there are no real facilities on the grounds except the small pool. Location is too remote and you'll be driving a long way to most attractions...not...

Totally don't recommend any body to stay here. We met unwelcome receptionist man at night shifts who spoke very rude to the guests. We purchased vouchers 1 years ago and made a reservation for today. We got the confirmation email for reservation but nothing mentioned about bringing the voucher papers to the resort. When we arrived, no greeting only ask...

We love the atmosphere of the resort. There are two zones - villa and phu zone. We stayed in Phu zone which is a new one. Buildings are well-maintained but the room decoration is very plain and too basic. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable. Some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness eg slipper. However, staff are...

This resort is very private for your family. I was accomodated in villa near the rill. It was provided the big balcony. You can have the coffee with cool air around aesthetic forest. Good for kids and very nice resort.

A very pleasant, but basic resort. I stayed in a villa - the room was damp and the washroom facilities are outside. If you needed a loo stop in the night, this wasn't ideal! Our stay was during December and it was very cold especially at night! A torch vital. The staff are very pleasant and cannot do enough to...

The landscape is very green and mossy. The weather is comfortably cool and quite moist. There is no need for air conditioning. Design and atmosphere can be called "local". The bathroom is a bit separated from bedroom, you have to walk outdoor to reach bathroom but still in your private area. There is your private terrace with small creek besides...

you can't beat the view and the serenity of the place. It is just like camping in the middle of the valley but with access to a nice room and delicious restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager is an approachable person and extremely helpful. I had the room with a Jacuzzi. The interior was simple and...

First off, Proud Puh Fah is in a beautiful little valley in Mae Rim, so atmosphere-wise it's hard to have any complaints. The rooms are each designed a little differently, and the jacuzzi rooms are a good size. Speaking of those, it's pretty great to sit out on your balcony in a jacuzzi--definitely one of the perks of PPF. Lastly,...

We stayed in 2 mountain view rooms, which were priced higher than standard rooms. The hotel settings were luscious and pleasant. While the rooms were spacious, several shortfalls we experienced: - the curtain didn't block the light at all. So at 6am the rooms were lit up and as much as we liked to continue sleeping, we couldn't. - doors...
