We stayed with friends in March for 9 nights and Rose couldn’t have been more helpful! She recommended places to go and beautiful restaurants to visit on our journey. The Atlantic Beach is close to a beach (stoney) but great views of Table Mountain and within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurant and pizzeria. At no time did we feel uncomfortable walking in & around the B&B.
If anyone is looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay just outside the city we couldn’t recommend this place highly enough

I booked quite late mainly to come & watch the South Africa v England cricket match in Cape Town , all my freinds had already booked somewhere & I was extremely lucky to have found this gem of a place .
The hosts Rose & Deaglan were so friendly I almost felt part of their family , what lovely people , ive met freinds for life & hope to return in future years .
All of the staff were so nice too & the breakfasts wow, amazing omelettes & now amazing pancakes lol. It’s only about 20 mins drive or Uber if you don’t have car ( I used them all the time I was there & is a very safe , reliable & reasonably priced service).
Sunset Beach is relatively quiet with a few bars & restaurants, but ideal if you want a nice relaxing break , but as I said only 20 mins to the lively part .
I last came here 30 yrs ago & said then it was the best place I have been ,30 yrs on & I can confirm it still is

From the moment I walked into the home, I was smiling! I was greeted kindly and could wait comfortably in the living room while my room was getting ready because they tried to accommodate a very early check-in (thank you). My room was sparkling clean when it was ready and all amenities were as advertised. The only issues I had were 1) that my device kept disconnecting from the wifi, 2) the property is a bit far out from the city center ~15ish min drive, so if you want to be walking distance or a bit closer to the V&A waterfront for example, you might want to consider a different location. If you don’t mind getting away from the city to rest and not hear cars passing by, then this is perfect for you. Other than that, I had everything to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

The hosting team made our stay extra beautiful, always helpful. The accommodation is quite central navigation was quite easy. We recommend this place....my kids enjoyed particularly the evening swimming in the heated pool which was cleaned daily.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The main house and rooms are very lovingly decorated and the pool, although small, is very welcome and warm. Most of the rooms are pool view which makes for a lovely atmosphere, however, only 2 pool loungers, so if you intend to lie at the pool, be quick. Very well situated in Milnerton with a little shopping centre (Woolworths) very nearby and a few restaurants and eating options in the near vicinity. The beach is an easy drive away, but can also be walked in about 10 - 15 minutes. The staff are all really lovely. The breakfast is freshly cooked from a small menu option with coffee, tea, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and jam Totally adequate and delicious.

The service by Gail, Brenda and all the staff was excellent. The breakfast was great. The property was very well maintained and is located in a very safe, quiet and central area in Milnerton. I would definitely recommend this property to any travelers.

the host was very cheerful and helpful and made the best omelet! I liked the open space. Very nice set up and I felt welcomed I would stay here again! I was there for three nights. The location is in an upper class neighborhood and about a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop to main attractions is about ten minutes away. Tell the bus guard that you want to stop at waterfront otherwise you can find yourself taking two buses there. The guard will make sure you get in the right bus.

Atlantic Beach Villa delivered on every expectation! I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. My room was spotless, the accommodation is beautiful and the host is very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my trip and there is quick and easy access to the spectacular Bloubergstrand-beach.

It is for us the accommodation nr.1 for Cape Town. Fantastic and safe location with plenty of parking. Only 5 minutes walk to the mile long beach with a great view of Table Mountain. Rose and her team prepare the best breakfast with the already famous omelets. The house is very tastefully decorated with a heated pool and a lounge and kitchen for free use. We will definitely come back again.

Good afternoon
There are two spectacular golf courses nearby.
Milnerton Golf Course - 5 minutes drive from us. It is a coastal links golf course.
Advisable to book.
Atlantic Beach Golf Course - 10 minute drive from us.
Also advisable to book

January is peak season in Cape Town so tee time bookings are essential.
A lot of our guests use Uber. It is a great way to get around Cape Town. It is reliable, quick and great value for money. If you decide that you would like to rent a car, please let me put you in touch with the car hire company we recommend.
If you decide to use the Uber option, you can get an Uber from the airport or we could arrange an airport transfer for you.
