We are located within safe walking distance to restaurants and shops and only 300 meters from gorgeous Sunset Beach which offers breathtaking views of Table Mountain and Cape Town city. We are close to all other amenities - only 15 min to the city centre & 20 minutes to the airport. We can help you arrange car Hire, tours to the Winelands, Cape Point, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain and the very popular Robben Island. We can advise and book dinners and golf tee times. Atlantic Beach Villa offers home away from home living at its best. Our guesthouse offers WIFI, printing and faxing facilities The swimming pool is solar heated in the summer months. We serve scrumptious breakfasts - please be sure to try one of our famous omelettes. Accommodation: Our tastefully decorated bedrooms are en suite with comfortable beds and fine linen. The rooms all have safety deposit boxes, ceiling fans, wall heaters, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers, mini fridges, TV with 60 channels (most HD) and tea & coffee trays. DVD players are available on request. Rooms are serviced daily. Atlantic Beach Villa is a really good place to be!

Really great little place. We booked out the entire place - 8 rooms. Food was good, service even better and they were extremely accommodating. We had a meeting in the afternoon and a braai in the evening. Place was extremely clean and well furnished and has some nice personal touches. Great place.

The accommodation was neat, clean and beautiful. The stay was so comfortable and Cozy, I felt at home. The staff are friendly and there was a full spread breakfast for you to select from in the morning. I had such a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

Wow, what an awesome and homely experience. I expected the usual run of the mill experience but from the time we walked into the place you could feel the warmth. We were welcomed by the host, Gayle and from there onwards treated like royalty. Cleanliness 100%, Service from all staff 100%, Breakfast 1000%, Friendliness 110%, Engagement 100%. I was really bowled over and would recommend this Villa to anyone and their families when visiting CPT.

It is for us the accommodation nr.1 for Cape Town. Fantastic and safe location with plenty of parking. Only 5 minutes walk to the mile long beach with a great view of Table Mountain. Rose and her team prepare the best breakfast with the already famous omelets. The house is very tastefully decorated with a heated pool and a lounge and kitchen for free use. We will definitely come back again.
