Overlooking the sea, 50m from an amazing beach the Ploes offers immaculate accommodation that is modern but retains a Greek authenticity. The room is small but offers you everything you could possibly want. It is very clean, with a great shower / air conditioning/ fridge and facilities to have breakfast on a beautiful spacious balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. The brothers who own it are understandably proud of there villas and are at hand to offer any advice or support if needed. Two great guys. There are local amenities - Tavernas, restaurants supermarkets close by and a 10 to 15 minute leisurely stroll gives you access to lots of restaurants dotted along the coastline. Very easy to walk. Next door is a hotel with a pool, set in nice gardens which allows you their facilities but naturally expect you to purchase drinks and possibly lunch from them. Beach beds in Greece are now expensive and although €20 per day for two beds and a palapa may be considered too much by families on a budget, the beach is clean and very sandy giving you the option to put your towels down and relax. Access into the sea is easy with a very gentle sandy slope. Take a snorkel and look for the bigger turtles slightly off shore. Enjoy swimming with them but don’t touch them as natural human oil and sun cream harms them. Personally these villas had EVERYTHING you could want. Looking forward to one day returning. This hotel is perfect in every way - sea view / 50m from beach and tavernas. Accommodation is modern/immaculate and so comfortable. Hairdryer and shower gels/shampoo provided. Hosts amazing - so friendly and helpful. Hope to return - recommend the ploes 100%

This is a great place to stay. The accommodation is stylish and minimally decorated with a seaside vibe, everything is spotless, the host is friendly and helpful and it is literally next to a gorgeous beach with very comfortable sun beds and shade if you need it, a small supermarket and five minutes from a lovely taverna (Petronis) and ice cream parlour. We visited end May so things were open but not crowded - the northern end of the beach is busier so we preferred our location. There are frequent buses if you feel you need more action or you can rent a car or it’s not too far to walk. Highly recommended

We loved it. After a two weeks trip all around greece we stopped here to be together in a very nice house close to the great beach of Plaka. Litterally 50 meters. Christos is a great host - very flexible - we arrived a week early than foresee due to a date confusion on our side. We received also a lot of advise on how to organise our stay - got also nice recommandation for car renting. House is as in the pictures and all in very good shape. you ideally need a car to enjoy all the islands. May is perfect to visit, we were few in the sea - a privilege.

The houses are modern and very well maintained. The wonderful beach of Plaka is about 50 m away and there is a regular bus service close by to Naxos town and other resorts. Christos and his staff were available everyday and were extremely helpful.

During our brief stay in Ploes Seaside Houses we had a great time. The hosts were fantastic and helpful, the room was really clean and cosy and the location was wonderful. We will definitely return on Naxos island and Ploes Seaside Houses.

Clean, with modern interior, well air-conditioned, kid-friendly houses just 40-50m from a very nice and quiet sandy beach. Two great restaurants within 3min walk, a mini market and a bus stop with direct connection to Chora around the corner. Owner is there to answer any questions, genuinely cares if everything is going well. We were very satisfied with the daily, thorough cleaning service by very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay in Ploes, Naxos. Would gladly recommend simply because we plan to return!

We booked Ploes for its location next to the beach. It was the ideal for our family of 4 adults, my husband and myself, and the in-laws, who all enjoys going to beach everyday. Yannis was waiting for us when we arrived and immediately made us feel at home. He kindly sat with us to give us a detailed overview & recommendations of where to eat and to do on Naxos island. We had a Superior 2 Bedroom Maisonette. It was a split level villa, upstairs consisted 1 bedroom, the living/kitchen upstairs, 1 bathroom. The kitchen was great as it opened up to outdoor seating area where we would have our breakfasts each day. Down the spiral staircase was 2nd bedroom, with a sitting area and 2nd bathroom. The villa tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you need for very comfortable stay. It was cleaned and serviced every day. The location was idyllic and only a minute walk to the beach. It was on the quieter end of Plaka beach, which meant the long sandy stretch of beach was not crowded at all. All along the beach is a dirt track that is lined with restaurants, so you didn't need to go too far if you want to something to eat. There is also onsite parking available. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Everyone were warm, friendly and really cared about our stay. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Christos, the owner, is a very nice and helpful host. All questions have been answered very promptly and very friendly, already before our vacation started. Christos picked us up from Naxos airport, was always around and available for any questions we had during our stay (both in person or via WhatsApp), helped us to rent a car and also brought us back to the airport when we (unfortunately) had to leave. We had a superior double room with a small kitchen corner and a very, very huge and wonderful patio which we used for breakfast and also to watch the beautiful sunsets. Ploes Seaside is only a few minutes walk away from the best part of Plaka beach where you can rent sun beds and sun umbrellas. There are many great restaurants in walking distance, and the bus stop to go to Naxos Chora is also only a short walk away (bus goes every 30 minutes). Additionally, there are 2 small supermarkets also in walking distance. All in all, it was a great stay at Ploes Seaside Houses - and we will definitely come back again (hopefully soon!).…

We stayed at Ploes for 11 nights in September 2020. Ploes has everything you need for a perfect holiday on Naxos - excellent hosts, beautiful, well equipped and very clean accommodation, great location on Plaka beach, fabulous views of the sea and sunsets, plenty of tavernas within easy walking distance, (we'd reccomend Petrino) and 1 minute from the nearest bus stop where you can get a bus to Naxos town every half hour for a couple of Euros The owner Christos could not have been more helpful and provided us with transfers to and from the Port, arranged car hire and was always on hand to answer any questions or provide reccomnedations If you are looking for great value and high standard accommodation in a peaceful location on beautiful Plaka beach, Ploes is the perfect choice. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back…
