We were treated to a wonderful Surprise Wedding Celebration luncheon in the magnificently refurbished restaurant, exactly two months after getting married quietly in Texas. We arrived to find all my husband's family happily quaffing Champagne in a private room close to the bar.

Is there disabled access to the restaurant?
When we visited, I observed the arrival and treatment of a person in a wheelchair. The staff were very helpful, without making a big fuss. As a general observation, I would say that this is a Relais & Chateau property and the managers are very much alert to guests' needs. I would suggest you telephone the hotel to discuss your particular requirements. Have a great time!

Is there disabled access to the restaurant?
No, I think that there are steps up into the hotel at all entrances, and a few more inside. It is a good hotel however, and I am sure that they have to comply with disabled facility requirements, and will have a ramp somewhere for you to use. David (at present in Burma)
