The accommodation is comfortable, clean and homely. The rooms are quiet because they are behind the main house. The rooms look out onto a quiet garden. The building is right in the centre of Kilham. The owners make you feel very welcome and the breakfasts are second to none! We will return!

We were going to my friends wedding in Kilham and although originally from Bridlington myself , I did not fancy travelling to far for a bed, when I was told there was one in Kilham I was overjoyed and only minutes from the wedding venue. However, we were extremely comfortable and made to feel very welcome by Jim and Lynn. The accommodation was separate from the main house which we appreciated with a lovely rural view from the window. The location...

We enjoyed a really good break in Yorkshire staying at Blacksmiths Cottage which is situated in a pretty Yorkshire village. The owners Bob and Maxine were very welcoming and the en-suite accommodation, in a converted stable block, was cheerful, light and very comfortable. We enjoyed a full English breakfast and received plenty of help from the owners which enabled us...

Maxine & Rob were extremely welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was in converted stable blocks and very comfortable. Good location for seeing the sights around this area of Yorkshire. Fabulous breakfast, cooked by Rob.
