Detailed Reviews
Just home from a two night stay for a family birthday party. Wonderful service and choice of breakfast although my husband was too hung over to eat it on Sunday morning (!) and had a relaxing day on Saturday to get ready for the party. Thank you very much...

What a lovely place to spend a few nights, gorgeous, large and very comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. The rooms really are top class, very clean and splendidly equipped. Lovely shower, again very clean and modern. The comfortable beds are a pleasure to lie in and the room was very quiet, making for an excellent nights sleep. A large english breakfast supplied if required and plenty of alternatives. Excellent, but so popular that it is difficult to book for an on-spec visit, book well in advance and enjoy a little luxury. Tried to book this month (January 2014) but it was booked up, I should have taken my own advice and booked well in advance!

Stayed two nights here. It is unusually situated within a (nice) housing estate, however, this doesn't reflect the lovely service and sumptuous surroundings this guest house provides. Good food, well prepared, Mark and his wife put alot of effort in to please. Would recommend the George Hotel in the village for good food and warm, welcoming atmosphere. And...within walking distance. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Simply the best guest house we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, superb breakfasts and attention to every detail. Our room was beautifully decorated. Mark and Michelle are lovely friendly and hospitable hosts who offer a warm welcome. Definitely worth a visit.

The Manor Guest house was everything in which previous reviews have stated and did not disappoint in any way. If you want a luxurious homely break, this is the place to stay. The host was very attentive and ensured your stay was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast choice was amazing and was all of amazing quality with locally sourced products. The bedroom with en-suite was of a high standard with beverages and snacks available and replaced each day. Fresh fluffy towel change each day. The lounge downstairs in which we frequented in the evening had a luxurious leather suite in which you could relax before retiring. In all the atmosphere was like visiting home from home and we hope to return within the future when visiting this area. It is very obvious the proprietors have worked hard to achieve this standard which is definitely 5 star.

Can only reiterate what everybody else has said. Excellent B&B with quality running all the way through it. The bedroom, the food and the hosts are all first class. Thank you for a great couple of days and the lift to the pub!

Spotlessly clean and luxurious. Beautiful room, quality bedding and lovely bathroom. Delicious breakfast cooked to order by Mark who was friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Located close to Haworth. We ate in the evening at the local 'The George' which we would also recommend.

We were greeted by Mark on arrival, and shown our room. The room was extremely clean and provided everything that we needed. Both the room and bathroom were very well presented. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend The Manor to our friends. The village pub was just down the road the meals were extremely good. Mark was a very friendly person and recommended various places of interest to us.

Spent 9 days visiting our son in Yorkshire and what a find our hosts just could not do enough for us they were simply fabulous. The home cooked English breakfast will be in my memories for ever. Mark and Michelle are just marvellous people and have to say it is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will always begin or end our UK Europe adventures right here from now on. 15 out of 10
