We were fortunate to stay at Milcrest for our honeymoon in July. Unfortunately, we were hampered by travel delays and illness, but once we got to Milcrest all of that was forgotten! The room was very comfortable, and staff very approachable. The food and wine was superb. We had a platter in our room with a bottle of pinot noir...

This was our second stay at Milcrest. We've used it as a little weekend getaway to explore that side of the city. Both times we've stayed in the Sauvignon Blanc Suite which I think is probably the larger of the 2 rooms. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Our 1st stay was the end of summer so we were able to...

Really lovely B&B, our room was very spacious and private. It was the perfect base for us for our weekend in Nelson. Milcrest Estate gives a feeling of tranquility and we really enjoyed our couple of nights there. Do try their wine, it is some of the best in the region. Lovely to sit in the sun outside your room...

Self contained room/bathroom. Nicely located close to Richmond, we used as a stopping off point between Endeavour Sound and Abel Tasman. Rooms are cleverly designed so they are separated from neighbours so were exceptionally quiet. Beds were very very comfortable; bathroom and shower excellent and high quality. There is a fridge and (from memory) a kettle and microwave (and bbq)...

This is the second time that we have stayed at Milcrest Estate and it was just as fantastic as the first time, two years ago. I think if we were there in another two years it would be just as brilliant again. Terry and Chris pride themselves on providing superb accommodation and being excellent hosts. Thanks for making our stay...

With husband and friends we had a fabulous time at Milcrest - our base for exploring the area and a couple of wineries ended with a bbq in the sun and more wine. Terry, family and friends were fabulous hosts even 'suffering' through an AB v Oz test match that was more yawns than shouts of excitement. The rooms are...

We had a wonderful time staying at Milcrest Estate & exploring Nelson (in spite of the weather). Mind you the last day was a stunner which really showed off Beautiful Nelson (Plus thanks Terry for the tip to go to Mapua to chill out with a good coffee - It is now one of our favourite places). Cheers!

Beautiful location, excellent views, fabulous hosts and a great room. The room was very spacious with everything you'd need for a weekend away (or longer). Great wine. Good location for getting to other vineyards too. Easy to find if you're driving from the airport.
