We are a small, friendly family run B&B set in 3 acres of land, situated in the west of Cornwall. A central location to all the tourist attractions. We pride our selves on doing that little bit extra for the customer. We have now extended our accommodation to non bikers , but still only cater for adults. A quiet location at the end of a lane with a pub within a 5 minute walk in he village of Barripper.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went for 4 nights with my dad who has been 4 years in a row. Bedrooms are a decent size equipped with tea, coffee, towels etc & en suite. Pasty on arrival was lovely, just what you need after a long journey. Breakfast was very good!! A very homely & welcoming place...Thank you Kathy, Phil & Karl for your hospitality :) I can't say a bad word :)

Very nice guesthouse with superb hospitality. Everything is been taken care of and Kathy and Phil reall make you feel at home. Next to this they give good information about where to go. All facilties are just there. Pub at 250 meters with good food and beer. Almost hurts when you have to leave.

Thank you Kathy for what has been a fabulous break for us. We have stayed for 3 nights and just brilliant. Everything about Bikers Bed & Breakfast is first class, Kathy is such a lovely lady and great host, it was as if we had known her for years. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast fantastic, so much fresh fruit, cereals, and full cooked breakfast (cooked to perfection). Honestly, this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in and that is all down to how great this place is and the hospitality. Thank you again for making our stay so perfect. See you soon.

Having read some of the reviews before booking we were confident of finding a good place to stay... We found, Spotless accommodation, a very relaxed feel to the place, Kath ,Phil and Carl are fantastic hosts, there is every thing you need when travelling on a bike, secure parking, drying racks, helmet stand and, if your pride and joy must always look it's best, all you need to spruce up your ride ,,
the accommodation is "as new" - unbelievably clean,. this place is run by bikers, for bikers, there is a game room, including, pool and darts, and a large garden which I think has a bbq, (although we didn't make use of it) -- very highly recommend this as a base for exploring the south west of England -- ON A MOTORCYCLE ... we Will be back,,, what more can I say ??

We were welcomed at the gate and told to park the Bikes in the secure lock up, this had everything a biker would need, helmet rack , jacket rack, visor cleaner and even everything to wash and clean the bike if you felt the need.
We were then shown our room whilst the pasty was cooked and the room had a great view and was clean tidy and modern with a lovely en-suite, back downstairs for a Pasty and a Beer in the lovely garden/ Field area ( awesome after a 250ml ride ).
We spent a while chatting to the owners who told us all the best places to visit for food and rides out as they are bikers too so know all the good roads around.
Breakfast was huge with continental followed by full English cooked to perfection and set us up for the day ahead.
This is by far the best and friendliest bed and breakfast I have stayed in ever and would recommend it to anyone touring the west coast of the UK , we managed a leisurely ride to lands end and along the south coast taking in Sennen cove, Praa sands, porthleven, and down to the lizard point lighthouse in one day from the B&B so its ideally placed.

We will be back on our travels next year for sure,

Thank you ;-)

We had a fantastic time at Bikers B&B; such a welcoming atmosphere and the rooms are beautifully clean. The Cornish pasty and can of beer on arrival was a lovely welcome and the full English breakfasts provide an excellent start to the day. If you're a biker I would recommend a stay at this wonderful place without hesitation and hope to go back again very soon. Thank you for a great weekend and some wonderful memories!

We stayed there for 3 nights and will definitely return. A can of beer and a piping hot Cornish pasty on arrival was a most unique welcome and just the ticket after a long ride down. A lockup for the bike and rack for hanging up our biking kit was a nice change from lugging it up to our room. A games room with pool, darts and a tv was the icing on the cake. The dining room and lounge were also excellent. As for the breakfast, it couldn't be faulted. Covered smoking area out back and a really clean room complete my summary of this great place to stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed here on the last night of our cycling journey from John O groats to Land's End, after a relatively late call was glad to book us into a twin room for the night. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome and a fantastic pasty, really went down a treat, the room was spotless and very well presented a great place to sleep in. Shower one of the most important bits after long bike ride was great too. There was a great place that our bikes were locked safely in and a games room with darts and pool table which really helped us to unwind and relax after 1100 miles of cycling up to then was exactly what we needed.

On our departure after breakfast Kath wished us well, grabbed our photo and left us with a great memory of our journey
