We were lucky enough to manage a couple of nights away in Wood Cabin. What a wonderful break. The welcome was warm; the cabin, paddock and cooking area picture perfect; and the surrounding area was great to explore. Being off the grid meant that we switched off straight away, and we felt as though we had had a much longer break. I would also heavily recommend the food, which you can order in advance. Both the campfire meals and picnics were brilliant, although my absolute favourite was the ploughmans! So many thoughtful touches. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!

The cabin was very cosy and very well equipped (bath robes, 2 sets of towels -which was helpful as we used the hot tub one night- and the kitchen had everything we needed). The bed was really comfy too and the outside area is wonderful. We had a very relaxing weekend and will definitely come back in 2021 to experience it during Summer/Spring. The hosts are lovely and helpful - special thanks to Sarah who organised everything perfectly.

Wow what an amazing place, me and my mum spent two nights in the Longview to get away and relax and it was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend the hot tub it was amazing and also the afternoon tea was gorgeous. We are already looking at dates to return in spring. Thank you so much I’m so glad we found swallowtail hill!

We stayed in Woodcutter's after deciding we desperately needed to get some fresh country air and muddy our boots - and it was the perfect stay! Our accommodation was secluded enough that all we could hear at night were owls, bats and pheasants - but close enough that we could walk up to the main farm whenever necessary. The Woodcutter's hut is perfect, it has enough amenities that you can eat and drink and stay warm inside the hut if it's too cold or wet outside. But the fire pit is perfect to cook lunch and dinner, giving you the best glamping experience even in a drizzle! Their social distancing and cleaning measures are fantastic, we felt safe at all times and Sarah was friendly, informative and helpful when it came to anything we needed! We've glamped at a lot of places around the UK, but Woodcutter's at Swallowtail Hill definitely had all the best bits!…

We had an incredible weekend at the Roundhouse, Swallowtail Hill. Sarah hosting was perfect and 2 nights we stayed flew by!
