It's a very nice day when I visit this hotel. First, the way from Tunis to Hammam Bourguiba crossing the street near the mountains was very nice view. The hotel was situated at the center of mountain, forest. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Equipped with natural thermal water to make Hammam or in swimming pool....

Getting a complete THALLASSO package while enjoying the mother nature.. It was really great experience, but the hotel is far from being 4 stars ( 3 stars is more than enough), add to that the difficulty to reach there. It is located in the middle of nowhere, you just need to spend your whole day inside it.

This hotel's main business seems to be Algerian families in search of a break. We visited with a British tour, for just one night. The hotel is at least 10km off the road, up a private road, and there is nothing to do there other than use the pool/spa facilities - so, once you're there, there is no competition. We...

We stayed here one night as part of a tour around Tunisia. Located in the hills near the Algerian border. Basic, dirty room with some nasty stains on the carpet, thin walls and no hair dryer. We had some difficulty in getting anyone to the bar to sell us a bottle of water. There was little choice at dinner and...

Stayed with my wife for 1 night in November (yes it's out of season) during a Voyages Jules Verne Tunisia tour. A/C didn't work. Told it was only 'on' in summer and turned off for the winter. Not good during a winter heatwave. Staff not very helpful. Restaurant buffet can only be described as diabolical. Again to be fair, it...

We felt as though we were in a sanitarium rather than a hotel. This is, without a doubt, the most bazzare hotel we've ever stayed in. We felt unwelcome and out of place in this institutional type facility. It had the aura of a rehabilitation center. The 'spa' pool was nothing more than a physical therapy pool. The food was...

This is promoted as an upmarket 4-star spa hotel. I cannot speak for the spa facilities, but the rest was hugely disappointing. Throughout the hotel - reception, restaurant, bar - staff are surly and unhelpful. Trays with dirty plates lie in corridors from one day to the next and are not even removed when specifically requested. There were no plugs...
