I cannot fault the hotel and the staff. Our room was just lovely. The food was of a very high standard and one would almost say - too much choice. The staff are always cheerful and helpful with a smile. The entertainment was just great. My wife and I had a wonderful week here, just the perfect rest we needed. We are absolutely amazed about recent comments about this hotel. How people can say that there was little choice of food is unbelievable. What people should be reminded about, is that these are the winter months, and it is clearly stated that all of the summer facilities and dining areas would not be available. It is nice and peaceful here in the winter months and the service is impeccable. It is a person's choice whether they want to come when it is heaving, or to come at a quiet time. At the end of the day they should take in to consideration what they paid. For us, the only downside is the location. We appreciate , and commend all of the members of staff, who have made us feel very welcome . We arrived here on the 28th of November and leave on the 12th of December. THANKYOU …

On arrival this hotel definitely had the wow factor and was beautiful. The bedrooms are very nice and big, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The food is definitely not up to the standard I was expecting. It was luke warm repetitive and not always appealing,but I did find something to eat every meal. Coffee was not the best either. The drinks however are very good, especially the cocktails. The lack of entertainment was awful. I know its out of season but should be something in the evening. The hotel lacks character and feels very sterile and some staff are unfriendly and gone really bother too even smile. On the whole we had a good time but would not rush back

We read reviews and we were excited . The hotel is impressive and I imagine when busy it is different . It felt soulless and everything like a half hearted attempt . Only main restaurant and other snack bar open and coffee shop everything else closed . Food was never warm and choice limited , there was a conference for 3 days and did improve massively to impress - not fair . Entertainment poor and on wet days were only interested in selling bingo tickets for night instead of putting something on . Staff unhelpful they couldn’t be bothered and were on wind down . I appreciate it is cheaper at this time of year as quieter and weather not good but come on please at least try . It is so remote no where to go there is a bus To Lara strip which is 50 P by card and Antalya . Taxis are a rip off . I imagine in summer this is a different place but must be manic and probably you wouldn’t need to go out . Just left a bad taste the total lack of effort . The weather was poor storms rain odd sun which did not help . Would we come back ? Been so Many times to Turkey marmaris icemeler olu Deniz fetihye not here no thanks ……

On arrival looked like a decent hotel, my husband had upset stomach after 2 days and lasted all week. Last day checked out of our room, waiting in the reception area, somebody had to tell us off for napping on the sofa. We are definitely not coming back.

I always give honest reviews and the info I think everyone wants to know. Loation- yes it's at the far end of the strip with nothing outside the hotel, however go outside the front gate cross the road to the bus shelter and a bus comes every 15 mins or so. It was only 51p each way per person using our chase card( no cash on buses) took anything between 4 mins and 10mins deping on what part of the resort you wanted to get off at. The Town area is massive and everything is spread apart just remember to haggle for everything lol. Do not let the 4 or 5 min bus ride put you off going to this hotel as 1 or 2 times in the town is enough and the bus is so easily got. Rooms - The rooms are fantastic, Trendy, modern, large for 2 people, clean, most storage for your clothes of any hotel we have stayed in. Mininfridge restocked every day and a little tip to the fridge man means it's jammed solid everyday with beer, fizzy drinks, juices etc. Wifi 100% perfect in room, aircon just OK and enough English TV channels to get you by. Brilliant bathroom with 2 sinks, separate toilet and walk in shower, loads of storage and enough towels and extra toiletries than you would ever need. Food. One of the best buffet we have been to and we have travelled the world, great selection of both hot and cold food and only the odd time was the food like warm but this is mostly due to guests not closing the lids. Large selection off cooked meats, lamb chops, roast beef, chicken fish fish etc. Service in restaurants was good however during breakfast please please let guests get their own morning juices or have smoothies available your morning juices were of very poor quality just letting the food aspect of the hotel down. A great variety of cheeses however NO crackers to eat with them ( strange lol) We ate in all the restaurants and to be honest the food in the buffet was just as good. Yes the paid restaurants are in a beautiful environment, with great service and served as a sit down meal from a menu. Steak house. £25 euros per head enjoyed the steak House OK for your money worth Italian- The least enjoyable of all the restaurants and menu just OK. Oriental- This was our favourite however please serve something along with the duck pancakes lol, the feed was large but needed something else with it Around the world. Enjoyed the steak in here very similar to he steak house and worth the £15 euros ahead. Bars and drink. As good as drink of any hotel we have been in, best drinks in the lobby bar by far, great cocktails, good quality drink and the odd tip guaranteed top quality alcohol and bottled beer at the pool bars. Effes, Miler etc Pool and Beach. Yes the beach is a 3 min boat ride away but we have walked further in most caribbean resorts, it's not the caribbean dark sand but no matter what time of the day we went we always got a lounger. The beach had good wifi, every sunbed had a table and ashtray attached and food and drink available however we mostly went back up to hotel at lunch time to either main restaurant or the fast food areas an hour out of the mid day sun aways helped with better food in the main area. The beach is just OK but we enjoyed the peace and quiet and not having to get up early for a sun bed. Loads off Pools were good and clean but I would imagine in peak season needing needing to be up very very early and sometimes the pool got quite noisy, roller skaters service too which was a nice touch. Entertainment, the main show each night was good but afterwards it was average, the octoberfest night was amazing and great fun, one of the best nights we have had at any hotel. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and we had a super holiday. Do not let the location put you off as for the same quality of hotel in the centre was cost you a lot lot more and its only a 5 mins bus ride away. Would we return and I would say 100% yes we would, great value for money, good food, clean modern and helpful friendly staff. …

Very large hotel. Bar staff excellent and restaurant staff. Very friendly. Entertainment team very friendly and made effort to sit and chat with you but found it a bit too much towards end of stay as they were looking for tips. Nice touch with the extras in room, toiletries , robes,slippers free minibar. Evening entertainment could have been a bit better but we were out of season . Nice boat just outside which takes you to thier private beach. They did have a large group of guests stay for a few days towards end of stay which we found very rude to ourselves and a few members if staff so that made the last bit of our stay un enjoyable and uncomfortable. Cleaning staff were great too.

Not a 5 star resort, food absolutely terrible on 1week rota for food. Resort over growled and one pool luckily we paid extra for seater pool but staff annoying on phones constantly service bad. Would never go bad. Avoid at all cost it’s not worth the money

There is no possibility to find place on the pool. No body from the staff do not want to help you to find any place to seat. (Special "thanks" for Muhammet and Veli, from life gourd they did apsolutly nothing, make me angry only. I ask them for a contct with guest relation , they show me center finger ). On the beach is a lot of place, but you have to look for a home less people houses on the beach. Tragedy. The last thing is when you go to lobby and you will fell smell of old chesse and socks, It goes from a rug in a lobby. Tragedy. Best Regards. Never more this hotel.
