Simple, clean and nice rooms. Beautiful view from the corner rooms. Fits a family of 5 very comfortably. Great bar in the lobby. Oh and free wifi. Great breakfast was included with our stay. We were offered dinner as well but chose to explore the town since we were only there one night. In the centre of beautiful historic town.

The room what we got, was spacious and absolutely luxorius. As Karabakh has a developing tourism now, this hotel could be a flagship in the process e.g. You can say, it is amazingly cheap for western travellers, and has everything that you need. Good kitchen, nice location, comportable beds. A really amazing thing, that the rooms are spacious like an... More

Nagorno Karabakh is an independent country with their own president. This is a wonderful country. The hotel is just on the road leading to the country's capital Stepanakert and close to the Ghazanchetsots Church, the most wonderful place in Shusha. The hotel offers normal rooms. The conditions are good. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast which... More

This is a very nice, very clean and very quiet mid range hotel for a very reasonable price. I loved the service, and friendliness of staff. This is a great value and it's only 15 minutes from Stepanakert.

The hotel is a very simple one. The facilities are mediocre with nothing extraordinary. The prices are cheap and match the quality of the services provided. There needs to be some improvements regarding the rooms like adding a fridge and a safe.

Strong three stars and european standard for the price of a bed offered by "babushka". Srongly recommeded if you need to stay in Karabagh for a short time. Excellent communication to Stepanakert (buses every several minuted - just 10 kilometers). It is probably the best deal in Karabagh as far as accommodation is concerned (at least in August 2011).
