Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After two weeks of travelling through Cambodia we were happy to arrive at You&Me resort on Koh Rong for a couple of days of total relaxation. The staff made sure this was the case, since they were very helpful and attentive. Food is a little on the more expensive side (compared to countryside Cambodia) which is to be expected from a luxury resort. It was incredible food though and there's plenty of options on the menu! The room itself was spacious and clean, one small piece of feedback for the bathroom though: maybe put a floor squeegee (wiper) because the whole floor tends to get wet after a shower. The extra activities (eg. Snorkeling and spa) were amazing as well and well organised!

Wow this is definitely my favourite place ever we have stayed at. We spent 20 nights here from 28th Dec and is our 2nd visit to koh rong. The bungalows are the best on Pagoda beach, both beautiful from the inside and outside. We had a side sea view but we could see straight out to sea and the amazing white sand beach were only steps away. The staff at this resort are the friendliest people I've ever met, there so hard working and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. They take time to remember how you like your coffee, your eggs, your fruit juice etc they really are all amazing.
The food was lovely and not over priced, the cocktails at happy hour were amazing especially the pornstar martini and really reasonable priced. The pool looked lovely however we didn't use it as we're beach lovers and with a beach like paradise we spent our time on it, it was beautifully clean and they worked hard to keep it looking amazing. We can't fault this resort in anyway and really didn't want to come home, we'll definitely come back again and we can't wait!!!

AMAZING!
This is the best resort on Pagoda beach. I had a beach bungalow which was spacious and had a lovely view of the beach. The sand is white and the water is blue - a true paradise. The pool was big, clean and nice.
There are sunbeds which you can move around as you please.
The resort cleans the beach for plastic and rubbish - everyday compared to some of the other resorts.
The staff at this paradise resort are not only friendly but extremely service minded making my stay very personal.
ALL of them made this 6 day stay a dream. Thank you to all of them.
The resort is clean and has a good chill vibe.

I highly recommend this resort on Koh Rong.

Easy access from mainland.

This place is a home away from home! The rooms are spacious and very, very clean! The beach has powdery white sand but wasn't suitable for swimming during my stay due to the weather conditions. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with just about any request you may have. Food is delicious. The location is a bit isolated so you either need to stay at the resort and just enjoy it or otherwise rent a motorcycle to get around.

We loved our stay at the You and me resort thanks to the beauty of the beach, the amazing architecture of the bungalows, the professional personnel and the possibility of carrying out many unique activities. The sunset from the sea view rooms or on the beach is worth waking up at 5.45 and the breakfast will restore you enough for everything that awaits you on the beach and on the island. We rented a scouter for the day and this gave us the possibility of exploring the whole island, enjoying sunset on Long beach and driving back in safety. The suggestions of the desk managers were perfect. A must is swimming with the glowing plankton!!!!! Breakfast is very generous, food is good and overall the hotel facilities are very beautiful. We used the pagoda speed transfer from Sihanoukville and in less than 30min where on the island. We highly recommend staying in this resort.

This is a wonderful hotel. The beach is large and full of the softest white sand. The rooms are so comfortable. I live in Cambodia and took my parents there when they came to visit. The family room was perfect, because we each got beds in a separate room. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The food was really really good. If you are interested in trying Khmer food, I highly recommend the fish amok. So delicious! I went in January, which is a great time to go. The sea was very choppy in the mornings but very still in the afternoon and evenings. This resort is also kid friendly. There were sand toys on the beach, a very shallow sea bed, and at least one playground.

A beautiful resort located on pristine and beautiful white sands beach. The villa is luxurious and exactly as described. I had the sea side view but I was looking right at the sea. You are just steps away from the beach. The resort has lots of activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and buggy’s to ride around the island. They will organise boat trips and you can see the luminescent plankton which was a fab experience! The team are exceptional and really make the stay special. Nothing is too much trouble. A bit shout out to Lily, Kim, Chantrear, Reasy and Nath. The bartender Lyhour makes the best cocktails! The swimming pools are lovely and the whole resort is so beautifully maintained. Don’t be out off by the remote location - it is still an untouched and uncommercial place - perfect for some R&R. You can visit other parts of the island but this is truly an idyllic location. Thanks to the team I had a great time! The spa is also a nice surprise.

I cannot recommend You&Me Resort enough. The staff were absolutely amazing. They had not been told by the agent that I had a disability so I had to walk from the pier to the resort. I was struggling a lot & the manager, Kim, came & helped me. They do not provide room service but the staff were concerned about me walking to the restaurant so gave me their WhatsApp so I could have food brought to my room. I did not need this but they would've gone out of their way to provide this for me. The location is outstanding & the bungalow was spacious & cool. I had a wonderful 3 days here & I would recommend to everyone!

This is NOT a review about the resort as a whole; only about the spa which is open to non-guests.

We were staying at another resort long the beach and one evening, popped into for a drink at the bar and a massage at the spa.

The spa building is open on two sides and faces towards the sea, although like all buildings along Pagoda beach, it's set back some way, so don't expect to hear the gentle lapping of waves from there!

There were three massage benches, side by side. Great if there are three of you going together ... less good when you are there with a complete stranger. They ask you to slip off your shorts, and they then cover your underwear with a towel (quite normal in most places, but not very private on a beach, next to a stranger). I was placed on the middle of the three benches, and the guy next to me had a persistent cough. I eventually asked to be moved to the further massage bench, but by then any notion of this being relaxing had evaporated.

The massage itself was OK; not "wonderful". As I say, if you're with friends or family, it's probably fine and an enjoyable hour, but I had a bad experience, and staff hadn't acted to do anything about it.

Stayed here with family for 2 nights it’s on amazing setting, pool and beach are paradise, rooms are immaculate and all toiletries provided. However the customer service and food are awful boiled eggs are easy to get right, but came out raw, bread is stale chips are under cooked Gordon Ramsey would have a field day not even salt and pepper on tables. Problem is you can’t go out to eat coz everything is on the other side of island. No snacks like crisps and they’ve even run out of beer poor management. I could spend a week here and turn it into a five star by just sorting the kitchen out. For the money avoid.
