Ok the tree was green when we were there but it was beautiful. The B&B was beautiful with beautiful people. Loved the decor. I could just sit there all day but there is so much to do. Everything is close by. One can take a bus and ferry from the airport. There is no need for

The house is gorgeous - right by the waterfront, and short walk to the ferry & Devonport village. The guest room is kept separate from the rest of the house which is nice. The bed was really comfortable, and lovely bathtub. Lots of little touches to make you feel at home.

"There is only one room but you make your stay as private or convivial as you wish."
"I believe that there is only one guest room, which was very comfortable and had a more than adequate dedicated bathroom adjacent. We were also openly invited to make use of the family living spaces, which were open plan with pretty panoramic views of the Devonport waterfront, over the Bay towards Auckland (an interesting view with ample opportunity for people-watching)."
"There's just the one room so make sure you book early."
