Very bad hotel and very bad services. Bad treating of customer. We booked and payed for 5 days. We could stay just one day. We lost 4 days money. It was a bad day because we had to find another place to stay.

I really don't know where to start. This hotel is the perfect example of "Don't judge a book by its cover". Check in and the front lobby of this hotel is acceptable and gives you the idea of what you can expect from the rest of the hotel, but alas this is where it ends. The rooms ( and i... More

The location is amazing and the view, from the fifth floor up, is breath taking only if it is of Masjid Cami and the bazaar/old city. I personally enjoyed walking around the hotel; it's convenient enough. Rooms are a bit old and and are worth a makeover: old heaters, leaky washrooms and shabby closets… Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet... More

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid Tour and it made me realise how little research tour operators put into their hotels and how much money they make out of their customers. This place was a hole. The reception looked nice and the staff were friendly. That was it. Upon check in I went up to my room and... More

The hotel is first of all nearly impossible to find. The traffic around it makes it extremely difficult to load/unload luggage. Once in, the service is very helpful. They will bargain on pricing. The rooms are old, sort of clean, and surprisingly quiet. No insect screens. Below average bathroom. $50 Australian doesn't get you much, and this hotel testifies to... More

On an intrepid tour so had no choice. Bathroom small and shower had drainage problems. I expected more from the amount of money I was paying as part of the tour. I could feel the bed springs so really not a great night's sleep. Buffet breakfast was good.

Situated across the road from the Ulu Camii and the central markets this hotel offers a reasonable but basic standard of accommodation. Breakfast was more than adequate offering the usual cheeses, baked goods and jams as well as cooked dishes.

The Artic Hotel is in an excellent location opposite the Ulu Cami Mosque, and the covered bazaar, and close to all the restaurants. You will hear the call to prayer very loud in the mornings, but this was so beautiful to wake up to, and see the sunrise over the city. Some of the rooms have a balcony, and and... More

I only stayed here for 1 night as part of an Intrepid tour around Turkey. The lobby was pretty modern & the bathroom was ok - the shower did seem like it was draining very slowly - so much so that you worry you're going to flood the thing! But all ended up ok & discussion with my fellow tour... More
