The hotel is conveniently located close to the bazaars and tourist sights. Our hotel room had beautiful views of Bursa, it looked spectacular at night. The hotel receptionist and other staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant located on the top floor offers beautiful views while you enjoy your breakfast. The rooms were spacious but dirty. I suggest to the hotel...

I've had an awful experience. The room was small, the walls were extremely thin and you could here your neighbours, the staff spoke almost no english at all, and no other foreign languages, although they mention a lot of them on tourism sites. No wardrobe space, small bath, old bedsheets, high prices...all in all awful. I wish i never stayed...

The receptionist said' the international credit machine is broken - i should pay cash' but if when cash was refused the machine magically repaired. Sticky furniture, feet prints on the walls, broken toilet fittings, big ugly marks on the carpet, paper thin walls, noisy air con in other rooms or some machine grinding heard all night but best .... at...

Very good location in the city centre, on walking distance from the busstop at Ulu Camii (bus 38 takes you from the otogar to the city centre, takes about 45 minutes). Breakfast is good, served in buffet, on the 8th floor with a splendid view. Rooms are good and have airco. Friendly and helpfull staff. We paid 119 TL for...

The location of the hotel is good, just a 5-minute walk to Ulu Camii and a block off of the main street through town. However, when booking the hotel online I didn't pay the best attention and booked the "no meal" option for the room. I've never been to a hotel in Turkey where breakfast wasn't included in the room...

We booked this hotel because the location and price was reasonable, but we ended up having a terrible experience. We booked a room through booking.com called 'double or twin room' and paid 101 TL for a night. When we got there, we were made aware that that was the rate for one person only, and that two people costs 145....

Its location is great, right in the middle of the city center. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The only problem was that the heating system in my room was making an annoying sound all the night.

Very good location in the city centre next to the market. Breakfast on the last floor with a view over the city. Our room seemed to be not cleaned at all, we didn't have toilet paper and we had only one pair of towels. Personnel spoke English really bad, so we couldn't explain them the issue. Poor breakfast, dirty forks.
