Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very good stay at el paster hotel. Room was good, very nice view to nearby mountain Buffare from the balcony. But put some chairs and table on balcony, ok :) ? Very comfy beds (pilow could be better), enough space for clothes. Very good breakfast nice salami and ham good choice, maybe some more choice of cheese, but ok it is not 4 stars. Very good scramble eggs with prosciuto. Free italian espresso at the breakfast too. But dinner is at least 4 stars and you can choose from three primo piatto and secondo of great quality and taste and there is free salad bar and antipasti, and 4 or 5 different sweets every evening. They have huge wine list i find some nice red wines bellow 25 euros.Pool is a but small but you can choose your time (one hour and half)so there is no crowd in it. Wellnes is top with saunas, cold showers, rest room with swings and free drinks. Staff is very nice expecialy the women at pool and man from reception who arranged for us e bike with almoust 30 % discount. We have just some minor missunderstanding with women at dinning room but probably because she is not english speaker and our italian us poor. Interesting, i think we were only not italian guests and hotel was full. I gave them 9,5/10 and i try to book few more days at august but they sold out, pity. Highly recommended. Yes and they gave us val di fassa card for good reduction for shutless and funicular and full free public transport Val di fassa is beautifull not to expensive heaven for hiking and biking

This is a beautiful island of nature, tranquility and peace. The hotel is very convenient. It is easy to reach, but at the same time it stands apart from noisy roads, and in the mornings you can hear birds singing.  The windows offer a fantastic view of the mountain ranges. Near the hotel there is a chair lift and a supermarket. Conveniently reachable by car to all the attractions of the Dolomites and you can also walk near the hotel. But the main thing in the hotel is its soul and comfort, which are created by its owners. You can feel at home. All requests are executed quickly, with warmth and attention. Excellent fresh regional products are served for breakfast and dinner. Everything is controlled by the mistress herself. The hotel has an excellent renovated spa, where Marina will perform any procedure well. Thermal spa is also within walking distance. Everything is very clean. Regular cleaning, change of linen and towels. The hotel has an elevator and convenient parking. The rooms are large, comfortable and modern. You understand, that you are welcome here, and the owners love you. We travel a lot and often stay in five-star hotels. But few of them can create such an atmosphere. Thanks to the whole family Chenetti for a wonderful stay. You are in our hearts, and we hope to return!

The building is not very new, but because of the low season we were upgraded to a junior suite room, brand new and nice. We felt cared about by everyone, even by the personnel who didn't speak English:) My biggest problem was the breakfast. There was the same cheese and the same ham every day. Not a single vegetable, cottage cheese (or ANY other cheese really), sausages, oatmeal (there was some ancient old musli), fruits... Eggs were served separately which was nice, but the cook was not very skilled in that matter (extremely dry or uncooked, I think he did not have a proper pan). There was also a variety of uneatable sweets from a discount store. To be honest, as a person who tries to eat moderately healthy, there was nothing for me to eat throughout the week. When I asked for veggies, I got them which was nice, however: first time they were really nice and crispy and the second time they must've been chopped the evening before so they landed on my table dry and sad. My general opinion is positive, but I can't understand the food so poor in a country where they love to eat so much. Maybe the dinner was better but I did not want to risk that.

Great service! Staff above all praise. Excellent cuisine: delicious, varied and many .. )) There is comfy, homey and heartful hotel for families, groups and individuals. Place both for those who want to relax, and for those who want the active outdoor recreation. Located on a hill - a great view on the Val di Fassa, or mountain views. Near the ski lift. And all the necessary infrastructure: bars / restaurants, souvenirs shops, small supermarket, ski service... One word - excellent!
